10/5/2002 - 2/28/2019With loving care from Lap of Love and surrounded by her heartbroken family, my precious, little Georgia peacefully crossed the Rainbow Bridge this afternoon. After 16 wonderful, memorable, adventurous, fun-loving, effervescent years with her, my new normal is going to take a lot of getting use to. If you knew Georgia, you loved Georgia. She never missed a meal, and she would stare you down until you gave her a bite or two or three...! Always ready to walk or go for a car ride, she loved life, and she loved to lick! Wherever she went, she stole the show and relished in all the adoration and attention she received. Although she wasn’t a diva, she had a sweet and sassy attitude with a closet full of clothes and of course, her very own pearl necklace. She grew up with my children and shared some of the happiest moments of our lives. On my darkest days, she was there, too, to give the most tender affection. It has been said that “home is where someone runs to greet you.” Now, Georgia waits in our Heavenly Home where one day, she will run to greet me once again. Georgia, you will be forever on my mind and in my heart. Until we meet again, my little Lovey, I love you so.Ansley KeiserAtlanta, GeorgiaMarch 4, 2019
