4/26/2019 - 2/5/2019Sonny, you're no longer by our side, but forever in our heart. We miss your big brown eyes greeting us every morning in anticipation of your morning meal and walk. I've been taking our morning walk with your leash and collar in my pocket just to try to get a sense of you, and to celebrate you as you were in your best times. From the day you came into our home a few short months ago, you were an old man with a youthful soul, and the loss of that energy is palpable. We know you're in a better place, and you took half our hearts with you. While the other half grieves the loss of you, it's the loving memories that will heal us. Although we guess you were probably around 11 or 12 years old, we designated the day you came into our home as your birthday, because that was clearly a day of celebration. We are so very thankful to have had you in our lives. Rest easy, Sonny-boy.Chris WilsonClearwater, FloridaFebruary 10, 2019

Bless you for taking in an elderly pet and giving them so much loveJulie Cole - February 18, 2019
So very sorry for your loss. I am so amazed at people like you who take in senior pets and help them in their last years. So sorry your time with him was short, but it seems like it was very meaningful and joyful. May each day bring you a little more peace. Your precious Sonny will be waiting to greet you at the Rainbow Bridge and he will be with you every day.Denise (Sammy's) mommy harmon - February 11, 2019
