Our Boy

No words can explain a friend so true.
A first look at his face and we instantly knew.

Those stern dark eyes, a scruffy gray chin,
His kingly demeanor covered a loyal heart within.

The hours that we spent walking side by side.
And playing on sandy beaches, teasing the tide.

The days turned to weeks, then months, and then years.
He stayed for so long, always postponing our tears.

With out-turned paws, he will still sit and stare.
Bailey’s presence remaining, his love forever shared.

I knew Bailey for some time and he was the BEST!! Sweet Bailey you were loved! You brought so much joy to your owners and had such a personality. I know you are running free and I hope you are having fun with all the other fur babies who went before you.Terri Locke - April 10, 2020

Linda and Victoria, this is such a beautiful tribute to your beautiful Bailey! I feel so blessed to have been able to meet him and to have helped you set him free in the way he deserved. I absolutely loved hearing about your life together and seeing pictures of him from over the years - the puppy pictures from the first day you brought him home were just too much cuteness to handle! He was so, so lucky to have found his way to your family, and I know he in turn made your family complete. Fly free now, Best Boy Bailey Boopers. Your spirit will live on, and you will never be forgotten. 💜Christina Comm - April 9, 2020
