3/3/2003 - 5/23/2020Our beloved verbal, sassy Sophie we miss your luxurious soft fur, snuggles and purrs. I no longer have my door greeter. We miss how you would pin us down so we’d have to ask the other to go fetch us things like a glass of water. I am so sorry you got so sick the last couple of years and how you would continue to play occasionally but when you couldn’t keep anything down anymore we knew it was time. It broke our hearts to watch to waste away to your tiny frame. You were so sweet snoring next to me every night and begging me to lie down when the baby went down for a nap. I pass our bedroom and expect to see you there all curled up into a tiny ball but you’re not there and then I remember that we said goodbye.Nicole OnkenSaint paul, MinnesotaMay 25, 2020

We will miss her! Sophie was beautiful & had very velvety fur. She wouldn’t let me pet her, but I still got an occasional feel in there!! Such a high spirited, playful girl - i will remember her taking over Lily’s kitchen bed when she felt she needed to, laying in any patch of warm sunshine, hissing at Ben & I as she made her way through the house, wanting to be outside, & most recently, always laying in her Mom & Dad’s bed. Such a well loved cat ♥️
I am so sorry for the loss of your little treasured grey fur friend. She runs free with all who went before her
Lots of love to you

We were so sorry to hear about Sophia. We were glad to meet her and she was a very pretty girl. We know she was very special to you and to have her for such a long time it is very hard to say good-bye. Remember the "Rainbow Bridge" and how you will see her again one day. We'll be thinking of you.Jerry&Ray Brown/Cooper - May 25, 2020
