1/6/2020 - 5/24/2020I don’t even know what to say. Lizy was one of our foster puppies. She was staying with us temporarily and for a few nights she slept with me and followed me everywhere. There was just something about her. I was approved to adopt her when she was 4 months and and she had been spayed. She was my babiest girl from the start.

She has been with me through so many changes in my life, she was at home in all of my family member’s homes. She traveled with me, was a demo dog for teaching children about how to greet dogs. She loved children and patiently raised so many foster puppies. She loved to hike, she woooo wooooed at me every morning. The first thing I saw every morning were her eyes. Always we met eyes. When I left the house, when I came home.
I miss her, I will miss her always.

She was a sweet, beautiful girl <3 I'm really glad I could be there for her, and for you.Rachel Klickman - June 2, 2020
Lizy was one of my first foster puppies. The SPCA of Prince George's County rescued her in the spring of 2006 from the animal shelter. She was only 2 months old and was sick with kennel cough that changed into pneumonia. I asked Alex to foster her and get her healthy. Alex fell in love with her and decided to adopt. Lizy was definitely a keeper. She was a wonderful traveling companion. Alex and I took her with one of my dogs to the Outer Banks in the winter and the Shenandoah National Park in the spring. She was loved by the whole family and will be missed by all.margie dowsett - May 31, 2020
