Sophie
5/15/2006 - 6/9/2020Yesterday we lost our little bundle of joy, Sophie after 14 years of friendship and shared life experiences. She was our 4th shelter dog and all were equally as loving as her. Sophie just arrived home again a few minutes ago in a beautiful wood casket with her name engraved on it. The experience provided Sophie and us by Dr. Tyler was beautiful and left us very appreciative of him and Lap of Love. Sophie's loss has already made such a hole in our routine, no morning greeting or walks today, that we know we must refill that hole. I hope we can find a wonderful a new companion as she has been.Patrick HarringtonPalatine, IllinoisJune 10, 2020

We truly miss our little friend of 14 years. We went on many a long walks together. Her sniffing of everything along the way helped me gain far more patience than I ever had. One day her sniffing around caused her to find a frozen squirrel that I had to wrestle away from her. See you on the Rainbow Bridge squirt!Patrick Harrington - July 2, 2020

Although I only knew Sophie for a short time, I could tell how big of personality she had in such a small package. Her parents shared stories about their life together and I knew just how much love she gave to everyone. She was a beautiful girl inside and out. Sophie is forever in the hearts of everyone who knew her.Tyler Johnston - July 1, 2020
