6/2/2010 - 8/28/2020This is Blitzy. He was an incredible dude & touched many lives, even if he was just hanging his big dumb head out of the car window making strangers smile. He was always so excited to meet a new friend, human or furry, the gentlest soul you’d ever want to meet. He was adored by everyone who ever met him (except my mother’s asshole dog). Blitz was my baby, we are so honored to have been his people.Ali MartinChicago, IllinoisAugust 29, 2020

Although I only knew Blitz for a short time, I could tell he was a gentle and comedic soul, just wanting to give love to whoever would receive it. He had the best life with his humans and his love will remain in the hearts of those who knew him.Tyler Johnston - September 3, 2020
I wish I’d gotten to spend more time with Blitz. I loved his big handsome head and amazing silky ears. He was so funny- when he wanted your snack he would quick go through the routine that he knew was expected by the silly human folk. Sit, right paw left paw, down, wait, then gobble it up in one second. Like, all right, I’ll do my bit for you. For the millionth time. It was so cute. And his big paws. I loved him a lot and I miss him being here. I think he’s an angel that came for a while to share love and silliness and devotion. He landed gently in our hearts and there he will stay.
