6/1/2012 - 9/19/2020Pooja was the best kitty! We’ve had and still have some very fine kitties that we love but this girl was amazing. She was special, and I think she knew it. She was only eight years old, so her loss feels especially unfair. We only had a few months with her after we found out she had lymphoma. The excellent care she received from her regular vet and from the specialty vet she saw kept her quality of life up until the last few weeks.

In what has been a terrible year for many people, the only good thing that has happened due to covid was that I was able to work from home since March and be with her these last months. She was my very special helper – taking naps on my work binders, talking to the people during Zoom meetings, and shredding forms on my desk. I loved being able to spend all day with her, and I miss her terribly. We all do.

It’s been incredibly hard not to have her around these last few days, but she will never leave us because we will never forget our Pooja.

Vanessa, Ben, Ramona,
I am so sorry for your loss! I know how special Pooja was and always will be!
It was a pleasure to meet her the times I was feeding your cats.
Stella was saying how much she loved Pooja and that she had quite the personality and how moody she could be but that she thinks that Pooja likes her as well :).
Luckily you have so many nice memories of her to hold on to and I know that she will never be forgotten.
Thinking of you and sending love!
