Pretty Pup, I’m so sorry to hear of your passing but it brings me comfort to know your not in pain anymore. You were such a wonderful, loving & kind dog. I’m so lucky to have met you. I know you definitely left paw prints of love on everyone you came across, I know you did on mine. I never met a dog quite as unique as you. You were truly one of a kind! You’ll forever be missed! May you Rest In Peace.Vanessa Olivares - October 27, 2020
What a gentle soul. You truly will be missed. Missed by any human you came across. Your size is of no comparison to your heart and the love that was generated by your existence. May you Rest In Peace.

Ah, Pup. I remember meeting your mama at the vet with you. You’d been “found” at night, seemingly unexplainable, except that it was perfectly explainable because the most special dogs find a way to connect in the most mysterious ways with the people who need them most. Kristina was already in mad love with you. Domani needed you. So you had your mission. And you fulfilled it beautifully. It’s a little known fact that dogs only leave when they know they’ve taught us enough to be ok... and even though we feel so broken without their physical presence, we come to realize that their love and lessons are permanent fixtures in our hearts.

Sending empathy and tons of love your way. As Pooh so perfectly stated, “How lucky am I to have something that makes saying goodbye so hard.”

We will always remember you Pup.Your beautiful postures, trips and pictures are precious to us. You have made my lovely Domani very happy in many occassions. I met you twice at school and took a picture with you. You are lovely and friendly. You will be missed dearly every day.Chitralekha Dasgupta - October 13, 2020
Known to me as Pretty Dog, Pup, was by and large the strangest pet our family has seen in quite some time. Though her problems were many, she let none of her injuries stop her. Nothing could keep her from loving others, exploring the world around her, or enjoying the pleasures still afforded her through her limited means. I think of her small face and her indomitable spirit often. Pup's ability to overcome and enjoy life has propelled me when on occasion I get low. Which other blind lady do you know jumps naked into a table just for better head scratches? She was a dorky blessing our family needed, and I'm so glad we had her as long as we did. Rest well Pup, you deserve that much, and honestly, so much more.Matt Coca - October 13, 2020

Our poor pup, it’s awful to see such a strong soul go but she fought until the very bitter end and she’s finally in peace with no more suffering and pain. I still remember when I first found out we had a dog (a dog that by the way has no teeth or a tail😂 she was unique to say the least). Anyways it was night time and I had just gotten off work and since it was raining Kristina came to pick me up. As I’m getting into the car she has a blanket in her lap and apologizes for being late, “sorry I have a surprise tho” she said. Sure enough, she unwraps the most beat up little puppers chihuahua I’ve ever seen. I honestly thought she wasn’t going to last another month, she looked bad. So we brought her in and cleaned her up fed her and got her ready for when domani got home to surprise her with her brand new old lady😂👌🏽(Pup was Atleast 102 I’m pretty sure.) Long story short we had pup for nearly two years, she told death to fuck off, she must have had such a shitty life before and now that she’s finally in good care death is trying to take her, she said “no way Jose.” Pup was unlike any other dog ive ever met before, honestly, i don’t know if she was a dog. She didn’t care for playing or for doing anything other than to eat, piss and shit on our carpet, be all annoying and finding the worse areas to lie down( like your shoulder, as if she were a parrot😂🤷🏽‍♂️), and lastly her favorite; to slobber all over you because the poor thing’s jaw deteriorated from not having teeth. OHHH WAIT! She also loved to be super annoying at night when you’re trying to sleep, she had this obsession with licking her front legs, and not just a few licks, literally felt like forever😂. BUT this pobrecita pup really did live out her last few days like a queen. That brings me a lot of comfort to think about how nice her new home was. She soul now rests easy and she will remain in our hearts(those who knew her) forever. We will miss you so pup, I hope you’re up in dog heaven with some fresh legs, a new tail, some brand spankin’ new chompers, and that you’re running around playing with all your buds and eating all the nice foods you couldn’t have while you were here. 🥰A R - October 12, 2020
I am so sorry to hear of the passing of your fur baby. She really did bring a beautiful presence to the room and more importantly your lives. I remember seeing her when you all found her, couldn’t help but smile at her sweet face, tiny body and silly tongue hanging out! Animals truly touch our lives in a way that reminds us everyday how loved we are, how there is always a reason to laugh or smile because we are entertained by their sweet, loving selves. You all gave her the best life! Traveling, beach days, snuggles at home and the list only goes on. God knew you needed her and I pray for healing. Thinking and praying for you all.

Dearest pup,
I cannot put into words how grateful I am that you chose to be a part of our family. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, I can never repay you for the gifts of joy, love, patience, and understanding you gave to all of us. You always made me smile, with your silly little tongue always sticking out. And you gave the best cuddles. Everyone was always fighting over who got to cuddle with you at the end of the day. I know you’re not far, and that you’ll always be watching over all of us. I love you so much, forever and ever.

“Death is nothing at all.

I have only slipped away to the next room.
I am I and you are you.
Whatever we were to each other,
That, we still are.
Call me by my old familiar name.
Speak to me in the easy way
which you always used.
Put no difference into your tone.
Wear no forced air of solemnity or sorrow.

Laugh as we always laughed
at the little jokes we enjoyed together.
Play, smile, think of me. Pray for me.
Let my name be ever the household word
that it always was.
Let it be spoken without effect.
Without the trace of a shadow on it.

Life means all that it ever meant.
It is the same that it ever was.
There is absolute unbroken continuity.
Why should I be out of mind
because I am out of sight?

I am but waiting for you.
For an interval.
Somewhere. Very near.
Just around the corner.

All is well.”
