Stitch
12/19/2003 - 10/19/2020My prayer for you-

O Lord our God, we come before You this day in sadness. Stitch, who brought us so much joy in life, has now died. Stitch’s happy times in our family’s embrace have come to an end. We miss Stitch already.

Help us, to remember the good times with Stitch. Remind us to rejoice in the happy times he brought to our home. Let us be thankful for the good life we were blessed to give to him.

We are grateful to You, God, for creating Stitch for entrusting him to our care, and for sustaining him in our love for a measure of time. We understand that all lives must die. We knew that this day would come. And yet, O God, we would have wanted one more day of play, one more evening of love with Stitch.

O God, as we have taken care of Stitch in life, we ask that You watch over him in death. You entrusted Stitch to our care; now, we give him back to You. May Stitch find a happy new home in Your loving embrace.

I remember I had to keep the door to my room closed before I left the house because Stitch liked to run in there, but the door swings closed so there was a danger that he could get trapped in there if nobody was home. One time I came home from school or work and my door was closed, but when I opened the door I find Stitch just chilling on my bed smiling. Who knows how long he's been trapped in my room. He stands up and stretches and just hops off the bed and casually strolls out the door and down the stairs. RIP lil homie.Miguel Garcia - October 21, 2020
Stitch was such a good dog. Sadly we weren’t around to see his puppy stage. He was the perfect first dog for Sean and Christina because besides being such an easy dog, he was a loving dog and showed them how great dogs are so they expanded their fur baby family.Teri & Jess Mahon - October 21, 2020
Dear Christina & Sean,
I will always remember our Stitchy Bear. He was such a blessing in our lives. He gave us unconditional love & was always happy to see us. He also made me smile, especially during those times when life was so hard.
He lived a wonderful life and we are forever grateful that God gave him to us for such a long time (although we wish it would have been longer). Remember, we all have stories to share about Stitch & how he impacted our lives from the first day we met him. Those stories will keep him alive in our hearts & memories.

Dear Stitch,
Don’t worry about those you left behind. We will take care of your mommy and daddy, as well as your brother Bo and your sisters Ginger, Clara, & Vesper.

I love you Stitch, and I know that one day, we will all be together again.

Love Grandma
