6/21/2008 - 1/13/2021We said goodbye to our "Wee" (WeeWee, Weenie, Weiner) today. She was going on 13 and cancer decided that now was the time. She passed peacefully at home, with the help of Dr Becky.
Her life started at a temple in Bangkok. The pack had killed her 4 siblings before I could get there, and she was torn up. We scooped her up, found a vet, brought her home to heal and Chris decided she needed to stay with us. I knew her mother and her father, as they were among the 30+ dogs I helped take care of. We named her Wee because that's all she did...bladder the size of a walnut! LOL.
She is survived by the 3 adopted siblings, also from Bangkok. Pooty, an English mix that was the boss of the 4, who we adopted soon after arriving in Thailand. Boo and Creamy, Thai Ridgeback mixed littermates, who were left in a vacant lot near the temple at around 12 weeks old. Boo always has a story to tell, and Creamy likes her space.
You will always be loved and remembered Wee. We will miss your Basenji inherited yodel at supper time. Until We see you again, waiting at the gate.
