8/1/2002 - 4/6/2016On April 6, 2016 Chloe was helped to the Rainbow bridge with the assistance of Dr. Dana Lewis and Lap of Love surrounded by her family that loved her very, very much. It was a decision that was not made lightly. It was heartbreaking to watch our once very active friend deteriorating before our eyes. The house seems so empty and quiet now without you. We already miss her terribly and hope she is at peace and free from any pain or discomfort. The house feels so empty and quiet though we still seem to hear her panting and the click of her nails on the floor. We know in time our pain will lessen and she will always remain in our heart. She was a part of our family and a huge part of our lives. We are so thankful for her love, affection, humor and loyalty. For teaching us to live in the moment and have fun. Her energy was contagious and I will miss our daily, lengthy walks together.

Go chase those squirrels girl. We love you.

Hey Chloe! You have tonsssss of things to do in heaven! So many things to chase, smell, eat, and play with! I hear now you're just as fast as you were when you were little! You were a beautiful dog (totally jealous of your brown color, but you have to admit, my tail is pretty), and I'm sorry I was so rough on you the very first time we met (I was just scared!) Thanks for being so cool about it! I'm so grateful we became friends! When I join ya, we're totally going to race!Kelly The Dog - April 11, 2016
Chloe, I had only seen you a handful of times, but when I did, you always seemed to be a sweet and laid back kind of dog. Get the rest you need and keep on chasing them squirrels!! ❤Rebeca Cottingham - April 11, 2016
Chloe you were an unbelievable dog. I remember you being a gentle giant. When I brought Oreo to play with you, you were amazing. She was a little pup and you had the patience of a saint with her. I will never forget our walks. Loving you was very easy and it was an honor to have known the sweetness of you. Till we meet again.Marion Fusco - April 9, 2016
