Additional Aftercare Fees

To best honor your personal space, our doctors do not arrive with a vet technician.  Therefore, if your family has elected cremation for a pet over 30 pounds, we may ask your assistance moving your loved one after euthanasia has been performed.  If no additional help is available from friends or family to move your pet, please let our team know so that we can schedule appropriately.  The most important thing is that your loved one does not suffer, arrangements for assistance with cremation can be made at a later time.

Availability

We are here to answer your questions every day, from 7am - 11pm. Appointments are scheduled throughout the week, please call for availability.

Sometimes pets take a turn for the worse overnight or in a short amount of time, so we do our best to accommodate same day appointments with a few hours notice, but cannot guarantee that.

If this is a medical emergency, please contact your local veterinarian or one of the emergency clinics listed in the Local Resources section.

Meet the Doctor

Dr. Ori

Ori Eizenberg Weinger

Ever since I was a young boy I had a strong affinity, respect, and love for animals. Growing up, I remember giving up almost every weekend to go volunteer at my friend’s pet store. I loved taking care of the pocket pets, birds, fish, and other critters. Seeing them thrive always made me very happy. I loved animals so much that one time I went as far as lying about my age so I could get accepted to a teen-program at one of the largest zoological centers in Israel (I was 1 year too young!). To me, the bond between a human and an animal is one of the most special things we can experience in life. So, becoming a veterinarian was an absolute no brainer.

As veterinarians, we are in such a unique position to guide individuals and help them throughout their furry loved ones lives. We are there when they are only 8 weeks old, and need their first vaccine. We are there when they get to show off how well they sit (and give their paw!). We are there when they just can't resist eating that one sandwich off the coffee table, and it results in a pretty upset tummy. And above all, we are there when they need us most. We are there when all of a sudden, they don't act like they used to act. When they no longer greet us by the door, and when they no longer chase that treat the way they used to. I truly believe that guiding owners through their pet’s end-of-life journey makes me a better veterinarian and individual. Ensuring we respect our pets during their most critical time, and guiding owners through this extremely difficult decision process, is both an honor and a calling. I am proud to be able to provide comfort and support during the most delicate time of a pets life.

"Dr. Ori was a blessing. I could not have imagined a more loving, stress-free, peaceful, transition, for my sweet Angel. It takes a special person to do what you do & "how" you do it! I will forever be grateful for the compassion you showed us."
