April
1/1/2005 - 8/17/2020My shadow, my companion, our family's playmate and guardian; sibling to my son. Gentle hunter, sensitive soul. May she rest in peace with showers of treats and flying tennis balls to capture.Jennifer StixOak Park, IllinoisAugust 18, 2020
Bailey
2/27/2007 - 8/15/2020We said goodbye to our beloved Bailey. For 13 years you gave us more love than any family deserved. We will miss your wagging tail, the toy you had to have in your mouth, your snarfing, your singing of happy birthday, your stare whenever meal time would get close, your soft ears, and how you would always get excited whenever one of us walked into a room. We're sorry the arthritis caused you so much pain and discomfort, but like the warrior you are...you never let it slow you down.

You are our first son and not being able to see you every morning has left all of our hearts shattered. We know you are in a better place and we know we will meet again. Thank you for making our lives so much better and fuller. For showing us the meaning of unconditional love and living for the moment. We love you!

Princess
8/28/2002 - 8/4/2020I just want to say thank you. Your adoption story changed me forever as a kid, and from that day on I promised myself I'd give the best life I could give you. Your kindness and love impacted many people's lives. You were the best big sister and doggie I could've asked for! So thank you for giving me the opportunity to be your doggie Mama, and fighting to be with us. You were only 5 years old when I adopted you, but you lived to be 18. I love you more than words can describe. Until we meet again my Princess 👑🐶😇💕Linda MartinezChicago, IllinoisAugust 12, 2020

Mr. Wiggles
7/12/2008Mr. Wiggles was the sweetest, kindest, most gentle dog in the world. He slept right next to me every night from the night I adopted him to his last. Its hard to think of words that would him the justice of honoring him. He kept me alive when I didn't want to continue anymore. He spent his life doing nothing but loving those who needed love and offering his companionship. He was loyal, and smart, and brave. Now that he's gone, I'm left with an empty space in my life, but I'll always live him.Stephanie GuiffreHoffman Estates, IllinoisAugust 1, 2020
Princess Aurora
7/2/2005 - 7/18/2020Princess Aurora was the sweetest and friendliest cat I could have ever asked for. She was so loved and brought joy to everyone she met. She loved being outdoors and napping in the sunshine. She loved to play with ping pong balls and toy mice. Her cuddles were the absolute warmest and most comforting. I miss her more than words could ever describe and my love for her reached even farther than that.Keziah LoganRomeoville, IllinoisJuly 19, 2020

Roxy
1/2/2006 - 6/25/2020We brought Roxy to be apart of our family as a baby. We had the pleasure to be a part of her growth and all the hair she left for us that we are still cleaning up till this day. There was a time she had to wear a cone because of a surgery she had on her nose. Roxy hated that thing so much she would run full speed into the edge of the wall to attempt to break the cone. We've never seen something like this before.
Every winter that came, we would hate the snow, but she would be the first one to attempt to go outside for the first snow day. Roxy was motivational. She convinced us to get up every morning. Her favorite was for us to ride the bike while she ran along side. We always got tired way before she ever did. She was always very energetic. Roxy would always be the first one at the door. She specifically waited for each person to get home to play and took you to exactly where her treats were stored in the cabinet. She would not leave that spot until she received her treat which of course, we always gave in. As a family, we all grew in many aspects. She was very loved her whole life and we will continue to keep her close to our heart. YOU WILL ALWAYS BE REMEMBERED WE LOVE YOU ♥️

Thank you Dr. Christie Comm and Lap of Love for helping us through this tough time.
