Helping Families Honor the Lives Of Those They Love
Bambam Dimino
2/25/2004 - 11/11/2017Today, we had to say goodbye to our sweet baby boy BamBam. We knew it was time to say goodbye but wanted to hold on for just a few more days. He fell asleep in mommy's arms and i held him tight for as long as i could, whispering sweet things in his ear, as mommies often do with their babies. He was my baby and i will forever miss him but will cherish the 13.5 years he was on this earth. He was spoiled. Loved sunbathing, turkey bacon, mozzarella cheese and sitting on my lap. When he crossed, i spotted a rainbow in the sky and i know that was his little sign telling me that he was ok. You will be missed, my sweet boy.Andreia DiminoCary, North CarolinaNovember 15, 2017
11/3/2017Levi, Your sweet, fun-loving, rambunctiousness and of course your 'voice' will be missed so very much. You have left paw prints on our hearts that will be there forever. Thank you for sharing your life with us. Thank you for teaching us so much over the past eleven years. Our lives haven't been the same since you entered and will never be the same because of the lessons we have learned from you and the love you have given us. You have been the perfect pet for our family and we are forever grateful that Papa found you and that we had the pleasure and privilege of being your forever family. We love you sweet boy. We hope there's lots of squirrels and birds in heaven to chase and lots of watermelon and peanut butter to eat! Until we meet again..... Tommy Murphy
4/4/1993 - 10/17/2017Our sweet Tommy went to heaven on Tuesday, October 17 to be with his best friend Caper, his spouse June, his daughter Tiny Baby and Grandmother & Grandfather. He went peacefully with the loving help of Dr. Betsy King right here in our home. As difficult as this decision was for us, we know that it was his time. We enjoyed every day of the 24 years he gave us. At the moment of his passing, James read this meditation: “By this act of love and compassion, may Tommy enjoy positive conditions, high rebirth, happiness and peace. May he meet the perfect teacher, and attain perfect enlightenment for the benefit of all living beings.” Loreena Mckinnitt was singing sweetly in the background, my Grandma Dunn’s Extreme Unction set was used for anointing him and candles were lit.

1/6/2003 - 9/30/2017Wednesday, you had my heart from the moment I saw you. Thank you for being my best friend, and showing me what complete, unconditional love is. The past 14 years spent with you have been the best years of my life. I miss giving you belly-rubs and smooches. I still reach out to pet you when I wake up, and still hear the sound of your nails on the floor. I always hated leaving you to go to work, and I still find that I can't wait to get back home; you may not be here physically, but you are still in the house. I know you are no longer in pain, and for that, I am grateful. The pain of losing you is unimaginable, but the joy you brought me will always be unforgettable. Thank you for everything, Moo-Moo.Heather WaughRaleigh, North CarolinaOctober 15, 2017
5/14/2005 - 9/9/2017THE LAST BATTLE

If it should be that I grow frail and weak
And pain should keep me from my sleep,
Then will you do what must be done,
For this -- the last battle -- can't be won.

You will be sad I understand,
But don't let grief then stay your hand,
For on this day, more than the rest,
Your love and friendship must stand the test.

We have had so many happy years,
You wouldn't want me to suffer so.
When the time comes, please, let me go.
Take me to where to my needs they'll tend.

Only, stay with me till the end
And hold me firm and speak to me
Until my eyes no longer see.

I know in time you will agree
It is a kindness you do to me.
Although my tail its last has waved,
From pain and suffering I have been saved.

Don't grieve that it must be you
Who has to decide this thing to do;
We've been so close -- we two -- these years,
Don't let your heart hold any tears.

12/21/2004 - 9/4/2017In memory of our loyal friend and companion, Harley. He was a wonderful Chocolate Lab, who was a great watch dog, sun worshiper and squirrel/deer chaser extraordinaire! Our family will miss you. We are thankful to have had such a great dog for almost 13 years and know you are no longer suffering. Your best buddy Victor, the Dobie, misses you too.

Rest in Peace!

6/24/2004 - 8/22/2017Connor had a love and adventure filled 13 years. I still remember when I went to select a puppy from his pack, and how he was the one still running around, climbing on me and nibbling my ear while his brothers and sisters were napping. He never lost that energy. I had wanted a lab my entire life, so when I got my first dog-friendly apartment after college it I sought him out immediately. He always loved swimming and fetching balls or decoys from the water. The first time Connor saw the beach he nearly jumped off the second story balcony to get to the ocean. I moved to Paris when Connor was still pretty young and naturally Connor came with me. He endured the TSA taping up his kennel and the long flight from DC, and even Customs questioning if he was meat. As soon as we got into the city he proceeded to chase pigeons and eat the baguette ends left on the sidewalk. It was heaven for him. At one point we even lived together in a tiny 28sqm apartment. He loved the parks big and small and sitting outside at cafes while we ate. Connor even featured in a video game I worked on as everyone was so impressed with his jumping skills. As one friend put it, his favorite feature was Connor's thumpy tail. One time he thumped it so hard against the counter that he started bleeding all over my leg, the couch, it was a war zone! Connor was a happy boy and loved being around people. My fiance Tadhg and I were able to take him to the beach one last time last September. He could barely run in the sand but love it as much as ever. They both have passed away now, but I have many lovely attempts at dog selfies with the three of us from that trip. I know he's chasing an endless supply of tennis balls and enjoying meaty sticks on the other side of the rainbow bridge now. Hopefully they're playing fetch together as I write this.Whitney RoweRaleigh, North CarolinaSeptember 6, 2017
3/15/2003 - 8/28/2017Fourteen and one-half years ago the Lord gave us a precious gift of love in the form of a sweet, little rescue kitty we named Gracie. She was a huge part of our family. She loved her daddy....he was her people....he was smitten with her too. Our sweet Gracie crossed The Rainbow Bridge in the arms of her daddy with the help of Lap of Love of the Triangle. Gracie will never be forgotten....RIP our sweet Gracie....Sawyer and Sue ManlyHolly Springs, North CarolinaAugust 29, 2017
