Helping Families Honor the Lives Of Those They Love
7/3/2010 - 6/24/2019Kate, not a day goes by where we don't think about you. You've gone through a lot during your life, fractured pelvis, torn ACL but cancer, cancer was just too much in the end. You fought it the best you could and we were there with you the entire way. You'll always be loved and never forgotten.Scott and Leandra TrzebiatowskiNORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TexasAugust 22, 2019
7/21/2007 - 8/14/2019Harry Callaway Nicholson "Where's my little baby?" Harry would always answer me with the most beautiful feline gallop and proudly trot right to me. I told you the angels were coming. I'm so grateful for the 12 years that we shared together. I'll miss your insistence of being near me, or at least one paw having to touch me when you couldn't sit on me:) I'll miss you sleeping on my back, stomach, head:))) I'll miss that you always looked at me with the same adornment that I held in my heart for you from the moment I saw your baby photo.Chris NicholsonJacksonville, FloridaAugust 22, 2019
7/5/2008 - 8/20/2019Dearest Strider,

We miss you with all of our hearts. You were our first child as a family, and we will remember you forever. You were kind, patient and so much fun. We miss seeing you at the front door, staring at us, waiting to be let outside. We miss the moans you make when you were relaxing or annoyed. We miss how you sit in front of us waiting for your back to be scratched. We miss how you lean on us, waiting for us to scratch your lower back and bum, even though you knew we didn't want your bum in our face. Daddy even misses how you would wake him up in the morning by huffing at him, pulling the blanket off of him, or even moving the curtains to the side just so the sun would hit his face through the window so he would get up and feed you. You really had daddy trained. And mommy misses how you would get close to her face and sniff her every day to say hello and I love you. Charlie misses you very much and hopes you have lots of friends to play with and heaven. And Willis - dear Willis has been very sad, and sometimes looks for you, hoping to see you again. You are our caretaker and protector, and we wish we could have protected you more from the disease that eventually took you. We are thankful for your limitless undying love, and will always hold you in our hearts.

And from the book we read to you on your last day with us...

"Pooh, when I'm - you know - when I'm not doing Nothing, will you come up here sometimes?"
"Just Me?"
"Yes, Pooh."
"Will you be here too?"
"Yes, Pooh, I will be, really. I promise I will be, Pooh."
"That's good," said Pooh.
"Pooh, promise you won't forget about me, ever. Not even when I'm a hundred."
Pooh thought for a little.
"How old shall I be then?"
Pooh nodded.
"I promise," he said.
Still with his eyes on the world Christopher Robin put out a hand and felt for Pooh's paw.
"Pooh," said Christopher Robin earnestly, "if I - if I'm not quite -" he stopped and tried again - "Pooh, whatever happens, you will understand, won't you?"
"Understand what?"
"Oh, nothing." He laughed and jumped to his feet. "Come on!"
"Where?" said Pooh.
"Anywhere," said Christopher Robin.
So they went off together. But wherever they go, and whatever happens to them on the way, in that enchanted place on the top of the Forest, a little boy and his Bear will always be playing.

Bella Suter
11/12/2007 - 8/3/2019Bella was my whole world and I miss her so much. I always told her she was my soulmate. She had such a kind spirit and touched everyone she met with her sweet, fun disposition and happy tail. She was a social girl and loved being around family and friends (both human and furry). I volunteer at an animal shelter and she was so welcoming to any dog that came into our home to visit. They knew they had an instant friend and could relax and have fun with us thanks to Bella. I'm thankful for all the adventures we shared. Her last few years weren't easy but you would never know it. She always had a dog smile on her face and tail wagging. She was a brave, strong girl. Rest in were my sun and moon and stars. I know Bishop and Max were excited to see you in heaven and greeted you with a ball. I will love you forever.Laura SuterCincinnati, OhioAugust 22, 2019
7/24/2005 - 8/19/2019It's hard to express how much love and joy this sweet girl brought into ours lives. Focused, intense, pushy, and demanding- she was also the most loving and loyal dog. Our house feels empty without her and our hearts are hurting more than I ever could have imagined. I'm so grateful for the time she was with us.Joel MaddenAtlanta, GeorgiaAugust 21, 2019
5/2/2018 - 8/16/2019Farewell to Alec Cat Lyon, the wise, the first of his name, king of all lap cats, hunter of crickets, wader of water, deepest of slumberers, slayer of shoestrings, solver of puzzles, lover of laundry baskets, dweller of blanket forts, companion of Charlie, grandmaster persuader, and proud ambassador of House Lyon.Amy LyonColumbus, OhioAugust 21, 2019
6/20/2003 - 8/7/2019Baby Chomp came into my life when he was 8 weeks old and a teensy, grunty pup. He was my best friend from the day I found him and he was my side-kick for 16 years. He started swimming when he was 8 years old and from then on, we couldn't keep him out of the water. We took him to the river on his last day with us and I held him in my arms in his favorite place. It was so calming and devastating at the same time. We put him in his wagon to lay in the sun to dry off afterward. He was so peaceful. I'll never forget that day and am so grateful that we were able to get one more river visit in while he was with us. We cooked him a dinner of a few of his favorite things (salmon, chicken, carrots, pumpkin). He LOVED salmon and, even when he was in his super senior stage, he would still get up and come to the kitchen when we were making salmon. He was so strong and tough up to the end and my heart still aches daily missing him. I know he was ready and he lived ALL of the life that he could and there is peace in the fact that we were able to help him when he needed us most. We will always love you, baby Chomp and miss you more than you know. xoxoxoxoxoJennifer SmithAtlanta, GeorgiaAugust 21, 2019
2/14/2007 - 8/20/2019Penny has been the light of our lives since the day she became part of our family. . She barked too much and ate everything in sight, but she also had this amazing intuition to know exactly when you needed snuggles and a face full of kisses. We gave her furry siblings, she was there for our engagement and our marriage, she was the best nap companion through pregnancy and the perfect furry friend to our daughter. She was always incredibly patient and kind with everyone she encountered. Her big brown eyes constantly gave her a look of worry that made you want to give her anything in the world she wanted, and we often obliged. Penny was the perfect companion and there were many tough life events that were made more bearable because she was there to help us through.

There will always be a hole in our hearts where Penny once was, and the only thing we need right now are snuggles and kisses from her, but we know she’s no longer suffering. We will love and miss you forever Penny 💕

7/6/2007 - 8/13/2019Wrinkles was hands down the sweetest dog that we have ever had the privileged of living with! There are so many things that we will miss about her from the way she would stubbornly walk away from you when you called her to her round head and slow kisses. We were blessed to have you in our lives for 12 years and hope that you knew every single day how much we loved you!Nichole ChristophFRIENDSWOOD, TexasAugust 21, 2019
1/1/2005 - 8/20/2019Sergeant "Sarge" I miss you already. Your passing was not easy for me - it broke my heart. But I heard you telling me you were ready. You have taken a piece of me with you. I will never forget your annoying whine or your silly grin! You were such a blessing in my life.
