We miss you Luna! Your never ending joy for chasing your squeaky toys, tender kisses, and your parkour energy will never be forgotten.
There will never be another Penny. She was Precious. I will miss her for the rest of my life. She is dancing and napping with my mom in heaven. She was truly the best.
Kona was the sweetest, most loving dog we could have ever asked for. For nearly 12 years, she showed us what patience, strength, and unconditional love truly look like. She was always there—steady, gentle, and full of warmth. She wasn’t just a good dog—she was the best girl. And we will miss her more than words can say. Thank you, Kona, for everything. You will always be in our hearts.
Chobo, you were a rescue cat and a survivor. But in a very real sense you rescued Denise and me from the easier path of self-centeredness and, in doing that, made our own survival more textured and meaningful. You were a very much "on my own terms" cat, but fortunately, you let us into your life on those terms.
Woody was the bestest boy and will be missed
Our dearest Peppa, The last 5 years with you weren’t nearly enough time. We are so heartbroken and lost without you, but know that you living the life you have always deserved. Fostering and then adopting you was the best thing I have ever done. I will never stop talking about you and how you truly snort like a pig when doing literally anything at all. We will never ever forget you or replace you. Love you forever Peppi girl
Hilde, you taught me about unconditional love and gave me a reason to press on through the good and bad times of life. A piece of my soul will forever be missing until we are reunited somewhere in the great after. I hope you know how cherished you were. I’ll love and miss you forever, always.
Boyfriend was a lover of all people, truly his happiest when he could just sit on a lap, under a blanket, and soak up warmth. Even as a kitten, he preferred to be situated on a shoulder, or in a sweatshirt pocket, just riding around the house with you. Boyfriend was the most intuitive boy, attentive to the emotions of his human friends and preferring to follow his people from room to room, keeping them in his line of sight. He loved sunlight, hunting and fish flakes. In his later years, when play became less accessible, he discovered CatTV, and loved spending time each day just watching birds. Boyfriend was a fighter. Through his long illness, he pushed through numerous emergency visits, a hospitalization, and difficult convalescence. His illness took a toll on him, but to the very end, he found comfort in closeness with his people.
In memory of the Holly—the sweetest, biggest lap dog.
