Helping Families Honor the Lives Of Those They Love
9/20/2000 - 8/27/2014Hansel was truly the sweetest cat. He had such a good nature and when he started getting sick in the last two years of his life he fought with all his might. He overcame diabetes and blindness with the right medications and I thought he would win his battle with cancer too. Radiation helped and shrunk the mass but then it came back and even chemo didn't help. I think he was tired at that point and the most humane thing I ever did was call Lap of Love to help him end his pain and suffering. It's hard for me right now, I miss him so much.Diana BrowningTampa, FloridaAugust 30, 2014

7/4/2001 - 8/28/2014Buddy Lee, I hated to let you go, I know you were ready and needed to go. I am so thankful that God allowed you to be part of our lives for 13 years. You and I have gone through a bunch of changes, but you remained loyal and loving during the journey. I know I loved you, maybe I just didn't realize how much, because I sure do miss you. I hope you are having a fun up there with Jazmine Pearl.David HarmonJacksonville, FloridaAugust 30, 2014
8/29/1999 - 8/29/2014Bessie's favorite activity was chasing squirrels and going for long, long walks. Her favorite food was hamburgers. She learned how to pop a baby gate open with her nose in under 30 seconds. She had a beautiful smile and loved hugs. She was loved dearly and deeply by Kelly, Jack, Bonaparte, Blue, Max, Callie, Tanner, Myrtle, and Sophie.Kelly StoPensacola, FloridaAugust 29, 2014

5/15/2000 - 8/28/2014Kelly’s last will and testament to Mom:

I never had any fears,
In our fourteen years.
We would go on walks,
And have lengthy talks.
Please let Mom know,
I loved them all so.

All life I learned,
That trust was earned.
Mom lifted my soul,
And made life whole.
Mom’s got to know,
I loved her so.

Glad she didn’t miss,
That last salty kiss,
Her tear soaked face,
I took to my place,
Where Mom must know,
I still love her so.

I was always there,
And am forever near.
A best friend to me,
You will always be.
Please let her know,
Mom, I love you so.

10/11/1999 - 8/25/2014Jane, we've been so blessed to have you in our family these past 15 years. You've celebrated our most important moments with us; our engagement, marriage, moving, the birth of both our children... You've always been there, a constant source of love, purrs, and smiling green eyes. We know you are free of pain now, racing around with your sister and brother in that place where pets suffer no more. Our hearts will always be warmed with our memories of you and the joy you gave us for so many years. We love you and miss you, sweet sweet Jane.Maria and Jonah HooperDecatur, GeorgiaAugust 27, 2014

8/14/2014So this is where we part, my friend,
And you'll run on around the bend.
Gone from sight, but not from mind,
new pleasures there you'll surely find.
Your place I'll hold, you will be missed.
The fur I stroked, the nose I kissed.
And as you journey to your final rest,
Take with you this, I love you best

5/8/2011 - 8/24/2014Snickers loved to bask in the sun and feel the soft grass on his back. A cool breeze would make him blissfully lift his head and squint his eyes. On walks when the sun would come out, he would often force us to stop and make us enjoy those things with him. He taught us to stop and enjoy the simple things in life. The things that were right in front of us the whole time. But most of all, he loved his Mom and Dad. At our heels all the time, or leaning on us while we watch movies. When the day was done, he would crawl up into bed and snuggle as close as possible. His love was never-ending and unconditional. Anyone who met him immediately fell in love. And he would love back with lots of licks. For the rest of our lives, he will be forever in our thoughts, and in our hearts. One day we will meet again at the rainbow bridge where we will cross together and live forever. We love you with all our hearts Snickers. -Steven and KellySteven and Kelly BradyRaleigh, North CarolinaAugust 27, 2014
