“I love cats because I enjoy my home; and little by little, they become its visible soul.” – Jean Cocteau
To the best boy ever. You opened our hearts and never stopped filling it with love and loyalty. You will remain here in our hearts forever. See you at the 🌈 bridge buddy!
My sunshine girls
My sweet Steffi. You were the best companion I could have asked for. You helped heal me in more ways than one and you were Truely loved by all of us. You were part of our family and you will be deeply missed
Levi was that dog that brought JOY to whomever he came in contact with, whether it was the little children who wanted to touch his lovely white furry coat, or adults who just wanted a moment to revisit their childhoods, or the daycare folks he frequented. He never cared. He accepted the love with grace and brought smiles wherever he went. Levi was an adventurer. He explored his yard every day for new creatures visiting or to "help" with yard work by having another go at playing "water park" with the hose. He was up for a "car ride" to any destination where there were new smells. His late age blindness never got in the way of the desire to explore. He was the best traveler. Levi was also akin to a therapy dog. If he sensed a member of his pack "hurting" he was there to provide comfort even if that meant sitting nearby for long lengths of time, on guard, at the ready. He was the very much needed best friend at these times. The hole in our hearts left by his passing is enormous. He was one of God's angels and we were so lucky to have been the beneficiaries of his loving spirit.
It's been a little over a week since we let you go, and I miss you so much, sweet Roxy. You were such a good girl and fought so hard, but we know you were tired and ready to become an angel dog. It was a privilege to be by your side these last few months, and we are so grateful for all the extra time God gave us with you. I will forever miss your snores and feeling you sleeping by my side at night... It's not the same to look down under my desk and not have you there. I know you are still with us, but I wish I could give you just one more hug. Fly high, my forever puppy...give Piper a kiss for me!
To our precious Cookie girl - We will forever be grateful for the unconditional love and unimaginable joy that you gave us. You made every day brighter, and you will live forever in us!
Simba, Mommy loves you. I think of you everyday and miss you so much.
My sweet Sol ☀️, I’ll always remember the way you used to play with my hand, and how playful and silly you were. The way you would take up the entire bed, the way you used to chase mice, and the way you survived being attacked by a coyote—our survivor, our nine-lives cat. I miss you so much, my Sol. Please give your kittens a kiss for me in heaven. Until we meet again, my little angel from heaven. Goodnight.
She was never "just a dog." She was my comfort in the loneliest moments. My shadow from room to room. My little safe place in a world that could feel so heavy. She may have been stout and small, but the love she gave filled every corner of my life. She knew when I was hurting. She stayed close when I didn't have the strength to ask for comfort. She loved me in the quiet, steady way that only a soul like hers could.
