Helping Families Honor the Lives Of Those They Love
12/8/2003 - 11/9/2014Holly, Holly Molly, Pumpkin Pie, Missy's a wonder you knew your name, we called you so many other pet names! My sweet Christmas Holly, I loved you from the second I saw those big beautiful ears on Petfinder. It just wasn't a day unless I had your doggie nose prints on the backs of my legs when we walked. We three - you, me, and Jerry Lee - we were the Three Musketeers, my girl, and we walked such miles together! You were my best walking partner, and I couldn't have traveled all those many roads and trails without you. I am so, so lucky you were mine.

For some, who are travelers, the stars are guides. I love you 'til the end, my Holly Stargazer.

9/1/2004 - 11/11/2014Bones or Mr.Bones as he was affectionately known by most was one of the greatest things that could of ever happened upon us. From the first day we met him when he took us for a walk at the Humane Society to his last day on earth. Bones provided us with countless memories of laughter that we will cherish forever. He is surely missed and everyday since his passing seems a little bit longer than it used to be, we will always love you Mr. Bones! I would like to thank Dr.Lauren for her calming demeanor that helped my wife and I cope easier with the loss of our beloved friend Bones.Justin FerranteYork Haven, PennsylvaniaNovember 13, 2014
3/21/2000 - 10/26/2014Gizmo, Boo Boo, Bugman, G-Man....such a quiet, lonely house without you. You were more my Shadow than my shadow. I just didn't want you to hurt anymore, or to be hungry because you cannot eat anymore. You and Kinki sleep together now, Boo Boo, and I will think about you every day, and Daddy & Tarzan miss & love you too. Also everyone who met you liked you, honey. And I really miss you, Gizmo, a lot.Kenneth, Laura & Tarzan SNew Port Richey, FloridaNovember 13, 2014

3/15/2012 - 11/11/2014Dear Noodle, Boo, Slobber chops, Wibbly Bibbly and the many other silly names we called you.
The house is quiet and somber without you here, there is no huge lump at the end of our bed forcing us to sleep around you.
We miss your singing, your delicate kisses and even your early morning wake ups to need nothing at all.
we miss your sweet sweet face, your funny habits and your drool.
i wrote a poem for you a long time ago

The great grey dane, called a silly name,
watching Noodle sleep causes me no great ashamed,
every twitch, mumble and nauseous gas that escapes,
has me in rapture and hairs raise on my nape,
Boo, Bubba, Bub, my puppy love,
i hold you as my child in all that is above.

10/15/2003 - 11/7/2014Ubo was my sons dog and she was a beautiful black Lab , He got her as a puppy and had her for 11 wonderful years. Everyone in our family loved Ubo. She was a great protector of all our family members especially my son and my mom . Her favorite thing was her treats and her food. she figured out if she went out she would get a cookie and sometimes she didn't even potty just walked out the front door and turned around and looked for her cookie and of course she always got one. She started failing in her health and lost the use of her back legs and we had to put a sheet under her belly to lift her up because she was a bit heavy for us to carry and get her outside and then at the last she started having accidents in the house and she hated that cause she never pottied in the house once she was housebroken and we could tell she was feeling ashamed. of course we never scolded her because we knew she couldn't help it and as bad as we hated to let her go it was time she was ready to go. She will always be on our minds and forever in our hearts. Soar high at the Rainbow bridge girl and you keep my kitties on their toes up there. We all love u girl and miss you like crazy. Billy, granny, Nana, Aubrey Aunt Donna, and Chris. You were loved like no other girl.William (Billy ) AdamsTexas City, TexasNovember 12, 2014

7/1/1999 - 10/30/2014On behalf of the Johnson Family and myself, I wanted to thank Lap of Love and Dr. Barry for taking care of Aggie at the end of her life. Lap of Love was also there for our family in August 2011 when my dog Neenee's life was coming to an end. No words to describe your kindness or our gratitude.

The man posted in the photo here with Aggie - was my first husband, Bo. He was the original owner of both Neenee and Aggie. He died in 2004 at the age of 30. We were left with quite a few of his dogs, as he was a dog lover. Aggie was the last one in the pack...

Aggie was preceded in death by Gypsy (Aggie's sister), and Ruger, two other dogs that were originally owned by Bo and had lived with and were cared for by his parents for many, many years.

Rest in peace Aggie Johnson. This sweet girl hung around for 15 amazing years. She was a quirky, skittish, and funny dog. So good with the kids. But mostly a loving companion to the Johnsons (Bo's parents). She's resided with the Johnsons all these years, since getting hit by a car and retiring from hunting when she was young.

She was my favorite dog to dress up for Halloween...she paraded herself around proudly in her costumes. She was a cheerleader and a princess, in past years. She was one of the smallest, fastest dogs we had. She ran like a deer. If you let her, she would sleep on your pillow on your head. The stories are many. She's joined the rest of her pack and is in good hands I know. Gonna miss that funny girl.

We thank you again Lap of Love for all you do.
