Max
12/5/2005 - 2/12/2020The leader of our Beagle band has died. The quiet and silence cuts like a knife. Our Max Man, our Big Man our beagleman is gone. He was ‘our’ good good boy. He brought us boundless joy, adventure, remodeling wonders, most would not have tolerated, he was a tender paw, an old dog soul and our joy to be hold. He will be missed more than words can convey or describe. Run like the wind mister, I will catch up soon.

In the blink of an eye
Max man was gone
The twinkle of his eye
The joyful wag of his tail
His special bark and on a good day a howl
In a blink of an eye
Life will not be the same

In a blink of my eye
I see his light
I feel his warmth
I know his love
In the blink of an eye
He will always be with us
Looking down over us all with his love

In the blink of an eye
Be kind
Give love
Give a smile
Wag your tail
Throw your head to the sky, and give up a howl
Max will wink from a distant star
In the blink of an eye

Justin Aka "Jessie"
3/5/2020 - 2/11/2020Dear Jessie-boy,
Can't believe you're gone - we miss you terribly. I keep expecting to see you as I walk through the house and miss you running to the door when I come home from work. Your meows that sounded just like "mama" made me laugh every time. You were an extraordinary and amazing cat. Simply gorgeous. We will see you on the other side and until then, enjoy your time in cat heaven.

Love,
"Mama", Dad, Johnny & Chrissy

Rosie
2/10/2020Rosie, although a small pug, always made her presence known. She ruled our roost and brooked no dissent. Although she suffered a number of physical traumas (loss of one eye, disc surgery) she persevered with the spirit of a puppy. At 13 she had lived life to the fullest. We love her still.Steven YakutisCanton, MassachusettsFebruary 15, 2020
Brutus Buckeye Holmes
9/9/2006 - 2/9/2020Sunday afternoon we said goodbye to our loving boy Brutus. He was 13 1/2, tired, and in pain so we had to make the call to have him put to sleep. Dr. Jennifer @ Lap of Love Hospice was so kind and gentle with him and he went peacefully at our home on his own bed surrounded by his mom, dad, brother, sisters and Nana. He was more than just a dog, he was our child. We know he's no longer in pain but our hearts are broken. Thanks Brutus for loving us, protecting us, and just being such a good boy. You are so very loved and will be missed everyday for the rest of our lives. 🐶❤😥💔

Rest in peace sweet Brutus September 9, 2006 to February 9, 2020

Theodore Tyler Calhoon Callahan
10/20/2015 - 2/13/2020Yesterday, Thursday February 13th, 2020 our precious beloved Theodore was laid to rest and went home with the Lord Jesus Christ. You know, I could go on an on about how loved he was because he was, but really what I boast most in is the unconditional, pure love and devotion he gave to me, my daughter and my family.

Theodore was not an average dog by far - he had a very had time with health issues and emotional mood swings. He did not take to strangers or other dogs well. He was also very hyper and had allot of anxiety and at time lashed out at others. But through it all what I realize is the gift he gave us all and that was unconditional love and affection. Over time as he began to understand we meant well towards him, he would climb in my lap and just look at me with huge eyes and lick me as if to say "thank you for understanding me, loving me and taking care of me the way I am". We grew to love Theodore and accept him the way he was created and in doing so God increased our hearts to grow in love and patience even more.

A big hug and thanks to Lap of Love and Dr. Sue. I cannot even tell you how compassionate and special she and Lap of Love staff are to me. They all made Theodore's home going so peaceful and so very special. Theodore was surrounded with love ones in his peaceful passing at home where he did not feel threatened. I knew that God said it was time to come home the day before. We held his service, prayed, and recited Psalms 23 and 91. After his passing we brought our two other dogs out to see him- As they looked at Theo, one of Theo's eyes opened and I knew that it was God allowing Theo to say goodbye to them and that he would see them again.

So although I and my family miss him terribly and are grieving, I am thankful that he is free without pain, anxiety, or fear of other animals and humans. I am thankful that he is free to run, play, and be himself! Yes, God did show me that he is free and roaming everywhere in heaven now! Thank you Theodore for all you gave us, we will in fact be reunited again! And thank you God for creating Theo and taking him into your loving arms. Love you my little Theo Wup! We all Love you!
