Helping Families Honor the Lives Of Those They Love
5/17/2005 - 1/24/2020Our beautiful Akita Roxy has made it to Heaven. After battling through a great deal of pain she has earned her wings. She was truly the most beautiful, smart and dedicated family dog anyone could possibly have. She was truly a gentle giant. We will never be able to replace her. Roxy brought joy and touched everyone’s life she ever came in contact with. Our family including Roxy’s best friend out Sisnese family cat Coo Coo mourn her passing and will grieve for a long time to come. We loved her with everything in our hearts but Roxy returned that love and dedication to us indefinitely . We will never forget you Roxy. Hope you are running around pain free in Heaven. See you again when we get there! We love you 💘! RIP sweet Roxy!Jay PerlmutterCharlotte, North CarolinaJanuary 26, 2020
11/20/2008 - 1/24/2020What can I say? You're a people dog, not one mean bone in your body. Wedge yourself between anyone's legs and sit back, almost making the person fall backwards. Your goofy personality- jumping in front of tv when an animal is on screen, chasing my son Nate around the house playing tag, playing peek a boo between walls before tackling Match or trying to trip Storm with your paws. Nipping at bubbles, pop balloons, throw yourself on Matt or my stomaches and flop your chin on our faces. I can go on and on.... you had gone through so much in less than a year with diabetes. Tolerating all the insulin needles like a pro. Survived a severe bout of pancreatitis that nearly took you, and now cancer (hemangiosarcoma) was what you couldn't beat. Never losing your dignity in the end, your mind still there but your body couldnt handle it. I will NEVER forget you.

Rest in peace Zelda, till we see you again.

4/15/2005 - 1/24/2020My sweet Kiko passed peacefully yesterday. He beat all the odds by surviving nearly 19 months after being diagnosed with hemangiosarcoma. He suffered from seizures and old age and the sweetest personality and spirit and dog could ever have. My heart will always hold him close, as close as we were for our beautiful 15 years together. Thank you Kiko for all the wonderful memories.Cassidi LugoTampa, FloridaJanuary 25, 2020
10/18/2020 - 12/29/2020Austin was a mama's boy for sure but dad was a close second. He was a very affectionate little boy. We were so fortunate to have had him 14 years. He had congested heart failure for the last few years but it got the best of him the last month of his life. He will be missed terribly, the house is very quiet without him.Debra McElroyDebra McElrooy, VirginiaJanuary 25, 2020
4/15/2004 - 1/24/2020Sugie bear is now in Heaven running and playing with all of our other pets we ever had. She picked me out at 6 weeks old out of 5 other siblings. She was such a joy in our life along with all of our other babies. It is always such a hard and difficult decision to make when it is there time but they do let you know when they are ready and when God is waiting for them. Thank you Sugie for all of the wonderful memories we shared and for picking me to be your ever loving Mommy. We love you my beautiful little Sugie bear princess. Thank you Dr. Nikki for helping me put Sugie at peace.Peter and Kimberly Rowleydauphin, PennsylvaniaJanuary 25, 2020
3/8/2005 - 1/22/2020WE MADE SURE OF IT You were created to enjoy the life you were given, and that you did. We made sure of it You’re gone now, and what hurts the most is waking up and not saying you’re name. It was a joy and a privilege to take care of you, but you took care of us as well. Making us laugh when we needed to laugh, being there when we were hurting, somehow knowing that you’re warm affection would bring us comfort. There are fewer things to do now, leaving a void that we know, in time, will be filled with beautiful picture memories of your rich and happy life. Our wish was for you to take your last breath in familiar surroundings, feeling safe and loved right down to the end, and that you did. We made sure of it.Dawn and Jeff BradburyMenifee, CaliforniaJanuary 25, 2020
11/2/2003 - 1/22/2020We lost our beloved little girl on Wednesday. Mya has crossed the Rainbow Bridge and playing with Koda now. She will be deeply missed. We love you Mya!Charles PflegerQuakertown, PennsylvaniaJanuary 25, 2020
6/18/2006 - 1/19/2020I dearly miss my best friend... For over thirteen years Peyton was the best dog I could have ever had. Peyton was a rescue/shelter dog, however I think he rescued me. We grew up together in a way, during our time together we went through numerous chapters of life. No matter what we were going through, Peyton and I always had each other. It's very hard experiencing my new chapter of life without him, however I know he's in a better place and I'll see him again one day.Ashley GoberKnoxville, TennesseeJanuary 25, 2020
3/24/2020 - 1/23/2020Skylar lost her will to go on yesterday..we called Lap of Love and helped her gain her wings.
Even though my heart is broken I feel so blessed to have had this amazing dog in my life.
Having a pet with this diabetes can humble you QUICKLY with the constant schedule, shots, testing and everything else that goes along. I am so sad our journey is over, but it was the best almost 14 yrs to have such a loving companion .
Skylar was truly “one of a kind“ with many quirks, one being she had to drink from white crock bowl because she was afraid of her shadow in a stainless water bowl.
Her favorite human was Daddy, she was his Baby Girl and she embraced that role throughout her life.
I will miss you Skylar forever. Thank you for coming into my life and the everlasting memories.
Till we meet again my heart will never quite be the same.
