Helping Families Honor the Lives Of Those They Love
2/1/2020 - 11/30/2020We love you sweet boy. You are missed dearly
I missed the wagging of your tail and the smile on your face this morning when I woke up 💙
All of your animal friends here are missing you. Every time mom and dad come in the front door they pop their head up to see if you’re coming in as they always did before. You will remain in our hearts forever.

Penny Lane
6/26/2008 - 11/30/2020Penny Lane...
Loyal and adoring to all but Daddy was her idol, long- legged super model, my pretty “pony”, marker of Gavin, under the table and dreaming, 90 pound lap dog, morning potty pets, spinning ninja dog, stolen bed cuddles, naps with the boys, obsessive ball disorder, Upstate enjoyer, pond /creek swimmer, stick retriever, arm puller, privates sniffer, sloppy water drinker, paper fetcher, Mothers Day cookie eater, sunbathing on the dining room table, pointing a pheasant at 6 months old, great nose for birds, Brian’s first hunting partner, destroyer of countless shoes, belts, hats, ear buds, bras etc, tough tank dog, Mommy’s shadow this past year, big and best sister to smelly belly.

Penny had a heart of gold . For 12 years she was our constant companion and loving friend. We will forever mourn our big brown dog, our best friend and now fur angel.

2/5/2005 - 11/30/2020On November 30th, 2020 our cherished “Tuffy” was reunited with his beloved family members as he crossed the Rainbow Bridge. There to welcome him were his biological mother Pinkie, father Striker Downey, Aunt Mocha, Uncle Crook, cousins Leo and Brewster and special friends, Freddie and Sam.
Left to cherish his memory are his adoptive mother Betsy, father Duane, sister Iris, and step brother Gator Boy. His social circle included countless close friends and virtual fans, notably, his “pack” at Cambridge Square, where he enjoyed many a Friday night hanging out with “the girls” in the media room. The family would like to specifically thank Sarah & Mary (for all the treats!!!!), Danielle, Erin, Jen, Chrissy, Ayden, Heather, Lindsay and Brittany for welcoming him as one of their own, despite his inability to participate in playing “Cards Against Humanity”.
Tuffy never met a stranger. One of his favorite past times was shopping; groceries being his favorite. He would sit attentively in his little green box situated in the cart and was greeted by practically everyone that crossed his path.
His work was always very important to him. Tuffy believed strongly in the adage “If you love what you do, you’ll never work a day in your life”, evidenced by his very full nap schedule. He was a constant companion to Betsy, both at home and at the office.
His latest position at Green Donation Consultants afforded him lengthy naps during his long commute and a wide social network of fellow professionals with whom to share snacks and beds with. Margaret, Bella, Sandy, Sadie, Tiggy and Tobey were all respected colleagues and friends.
While he considered himself semi-retired, Tuffy somehow found the time to be active in the Sales department, as well as on the Production team. Daily meetings with Anna in Sales for morning and afternoon treats were instrumental in structuring workflow and priorities for the day. He thrived on the love and attention he received daily from the appraisers and fellow officemates, Elizabeth, Emily and AnnMarie. Tuffy’s quality of life over the last year was most certainly enhanced by the love he was shown by so many, for which ‘thank you’ doesn’t come near to expressing my gratitude. Rest in peace, sweet boy.

11/1/2006 - 11/27/2020Chase, you were a wonderful dog. You made us laugh at your antics and appreciate your love for life. Who knew that a dog could peel back a banana and eat all of the fruit inside? Or, that a dog could be so excited about getting attention by the vet that she would summersault? Or, prance in the snow and smile because you knew the snow fell just for you? You loved to run, play catch with the ball, amuse yourself with your hedgehog toys, eat cookies especially from Ed, and snuggle up with us in bed. You made us remember that life is more than work. You had the softest ears and prettiest face. As we said, you had everything a person would want - long legs, skinny waist, beautiful hair, and a great personality. We miss you so much.Beth CunninghamHyattsville, MarylandDecember 1, 2020
7/24/2010 - 11/27/2020Buddy was the best dog in the whole world. He loved everything a dog would love: tennis balls, belly rubs, and lots of treats. He struggled with heart problems from the time we got him at the shelter until the day he passed, but he always tried to overcome. I will always miss his gentle nature and the way he snuggled up to us any time there was a storm. Buddy, you were a light in our lives and I love you so much!Laura Cooper-HastingsYonkers, New YorkNovember 30, 2020
11/21/2020Over 14 years ago we never knew that our little friend we rescued from the church office porch would become the best little member of our family who would grow into our hearts and complete our lives. Nehemiah was such a wonderful tiger tabby who liked to be be independent and demanded our affection when she needed it! Such a sassy kitty who put up with our other critters and furry friends who happened to be dogs. She tolerated them just for us! ❤️🥰. With her warm purrs and bellowing meows through the night we will miss her incredibly. She was a very loved kitty who would be the only one allowed on the bed and pampered to her pate’ only diet of wet food. She stayed around to comfort us and we pray she is surrounded in comfort and love that she gave to us in heaven. With tears in our eyes we say goodbye to our sweetest and most loved furry baby ever. We will always miss her and hope she can be reunited with her brothers and sisters of all species who have gone before her to the glorious life of eternity. ❤️❤️❤️ R.I.P Nehemiah❤️❤️❤️ Love, Your Family.Dana SparksPickerington, OhioNovember 30, 2020
8/31/2008 - 11/29/2020A piece of me went with you ❤️
This morning we said goodbye to our sweet handsome Bean. My heart is so heavy and broken. Bean was such a sweet loving crazy boy. He was one of the most goofy dogs and just could always make you laugh with his craziness. He helped us through sad times and was there for happy times. He got us through losing Our Kiwi and just brought so much joy to our life. He gave us 12 amazing years and even kept his crazy happy spirit with 3 legs. He left this world in the fresh air outside and showered in love and treats. And of course he gave us a crazy bark or two. Sophia was so brave and stayed with Bean in his last moments with us. I wish our furry buddies could live longer and have no suffering. They are the purest souls and bring nothing but love, loyalty and companionship. I have been so blessed to have such amazing dogs in my life. I know Bean is being welcomed by Hunter, Kiwi, Madison & Andre on the rainbow bridge 🌈. We will meet again. I love you Bean Boy 🐾❤️

8/4/2004 - 11/23/2020Brody spent 16 enjoyable years on this earth. He always found a way to entertain us, even if sometimes it wasn't intentional. We are forever grateful to him for keeping mom and dad company after everyone left the house. He will be missed greatly and remembered whenever we're in his favorite spot (the backyard), but we know he's enjoying dog heaven with his big brother, Champ. We love you, Brody.Krista AspirasSan Diego, CaliforniaNovember 30, 2020
10/31/2009 - 11/29/2020Harley our hearts are broken and the house feels so empty without your warm gentle presence. We never had a dog before and we had no idea how much we would fall in love with you and cherish you as a family member. You filled our home and life with joy, laughter and purpose. You went through so very much being the runt of the litter and always having health issues, we worked so hard to get you the very best care we could. We hope you know letting you go was one of the hardest things we've ever done. We selfishly wanted to keep you forever, but we know you were suffering and you deserve to rest. You gave us the best 11 years and we are so grateful to you for being such a good boy and the apple of our eye.
Rest on our precious angel. We will always love and miss you the void you left will never be filled.
We have never known a love so pure, so sweet and so genuine.
