Geneva
1/27/2005 - 1/3/2016Geneva's Prayer of Progression, January 3, 2016

"Blessed are you, Lord God,
Maker of all living creatures.
On the fifth and sixth days of creation,
you called forth fish in the sea,
birds in the air and animals on the land.
You inspired St. Francis to call all animals
his brothers and sisters.
We ask you to bless these animals gathered about us.
By the power of your love,
enable these creatures—our sisters and brothers—to
live according to you plan.
May we always praise you for your beauty in creation.
Blessed are you, Lord our God, in all your creatures!
Amen."

Please join me in prayer as Geneva begins to take her journey across the Rainbow Bridge.

O Divine Spirit, the passing of Geneva reminds me of her canine physical condition, the brevity of our lives here on earth. It points to our own true nature, which is pure energy, spirit. I thank you for the gift of Geneva and the joy of basking with her in the inner light of consciousness. I am grateful for our many shared experiences and travels together and ask that it is an easy transition for her as well as for all of us who will miss her dearly. I will remember the joy and beauty Geneva brought to my life and will always hold her deep within my heart. Many blessings to you Geneva. I love you.
Amen

Frankie

Tiger
1/31/2016Tiger was the kindest soul you would ever meet. He was so sweet, he didn't care if he had ever met you before or not, it you were petting him he loved you. He was the most mellow dog I've ever met. Nothing phased him. Not when my younger, more rambunctious dog bounded past him and almost knocked him over when being called for dinner, not when I cut or brushed his hair, not going on car rides (something my other dog hates). He was tolerant of everything and every one, and was happiest just being pet and snuggled. He loved squeaky chew toys, his favorite past time was relieving the toy of it's squeaker as quickly as possible. It always cracked me up that this sweet and gentle soul always executed the most violent fates upon his toys. We love you so much Tiger, I will never forget you.Caitlin FordSt. Louis, MissouriFebruary 1, 2016
Gabby
3/1/2016 - 1/21/2016I got Gabby at the shelter, she was only 8 weeks old as a side kick to her sister Zena the Calico as 5 weeks old, because she was fierce and always zipping around and flying off things on high ledges. Zena Warrior Princess would cry loudly whenever I had to go to work or leave the house, so that's when I decided to get Gabby as her sidekick When choosing Gabby, she talked soo much when I walked by her cage and sat on my sisters lap on the car ride to her forever home and talked the whole time.
She loves to sun bathe, chirp at the birds from the window, be an amazing lap dog cat and a nightly snuggler, always to my left.
We all miss her dearly and her sister has been crying for her daily, looking for you in your usual spots. Mommy and Grandma misses you
Tremendously.

Mia
1/29/2016Mia was a very sweet loving, docile cat who gave me 16 years of joy and love! She was a kitten of 5 weeks when I got her and my mom named her "Mia" for mine. She was always pleasant, playful but calm and poised. She truly was a princess, and a beauty! I will miss you my Angel. Not a day will pass of you on my mind and in my heart. May you rest in peace in the heavens with your brother Leo.Stanton, CaliforniaFebruary 1, 2016
Fido
1/11/2000 - 1/29/2016Fido,

You were the poster kitty for resilience and an exemplar of what it means to hope and thrive against all odds.

I'll miss the way you killed your toys with your viscous head shake and the way you poked me awake when you were hungry or wanted more pets. I won't forget how you learned to eat quietly so that I wouldn't catch you sneaking food you weren't supposed to have. And of course, all of the foster kittens will miss your baths and cuddles.

Rest in peace you little ham.

Love,

Jess
