1/1/1999 - 12/5/2019Beloved Cassey,

You and your brother Bear came into our lives just 16 months ago via rescue after your owner passed on. Already you were very ill and we worked hard to get you feeling better. You were so brave during all of the vet visits!

The joy and love you have given us has been unconditional and a treasure we will always have in our hearts. We are hearbroken to say goodbye to you. Bear misses giving you his sloppy kisses and sleeping alongside of you. I miss your sweet face looking up at me from the kitchen floor and keeping me company while I cook. Rest in peace my dear friend. the list of ways you are missed is endless. You deserve to be out of pain sweet Cassey. <3

4/27/2005 - 12/5/2019Nothing could ever replace the love and laughter you brought to our home for the last 14 years. Your absence is felt deeply. We will miss your goofy and strong personality, endless snuggles, loving face, kind eyes, and even your bark. We love you so much and wish we could've had you forever, but you're in peace and lived a beautiful long life. You're in doggie heaven now, reunited with your brother Harley. Thank you for the lifetime of unconditional love you gave our family. You will be missed forever, Archie.Paula NemethySorrento, FloridaDecember 6, 2019
11/17/2005 - 12/5/2019RIP My Lovely Luna. Today we said goodbye to our faithful, loving furry friend Luna. From your first snow storm where you so bravely just walked out the door into snow that was over your head to your walk on Fifth Ave. with a model from Lord & Taylor. You travelled the country with us from New York to California and Wisconsin to Florida and every state in between. You loved visiting with seniors in Nursing Homes and loved going to visit with Grandma and Grandpa thinking that you were back at work cheering up seniors. You were always there, always loving and always cheerful we will love you forever to infinity and beyond!

She battled her heart disease bravely and for oh so long! But the time came when she was struggling. Thank you Lap of Love for helping all of us through this process.

5/5/2005 - 12/5/2019We lost our little Buddy yesterday. I’m thankful we were able to spare him the pain of a cancer that came on suddenly and aggressively. As a kitten, he purred in my lap on the journey to his new home and at the distinguished age of 15, he purred in my lap until he took his last breath. His was a complete and fulfilled life that brought our family so much joy. I will miss his nighttime crazies. I will miss his 5am wakeup calls. I will miss him greeting me at the door after a long day. But most of all, I will miss him purring in my lap. Rest in peace my friend. Wherever you are, I hope someone’s there to scratch your chin. You will always be my sweet boy.Ben StarnesSeattle, WashingtonDecember 6, 2019
5/8/2008 - 12/3/2019"Hello Lila" has passed anyones lips that has ever entered my home for the last 12 years. Even the repairman that came often knew her name. She loved strangers and all our friends were her friends.
Today we say goodbye to one of the sweetest and most lovable cats I will ever know. I needed you more than you needed me. You were there for me unconditionally. You made my son a cat lover. You made so many children smile and love on you. Cause you were so easy to love. I love you always always always and forever.

1/1/2006 - 12/4/2019I miss you so much. Thank you for being a kind friend. You made me introduce myself to neighbors because you wanted to meet their dog or belly flop into their pool. Thanks for being the cutest shoplifter of beef jerky. Thanks for forgetting about the cat, getting swiped from reintroducing yourself and not getting mad. Thanks for the last tail wags; i was worried you forgot who i was. Thank you for telling me it was time. When we buried you, the sun was setting and there were shades or bright orange and purple in the sky. The Canada goose were flying to warmer places in huge formations, and i know they were loud and visible enough that even you would have stopped and looked up like you did last year, as if you thought, "...hmmm. too far. I'll get you next time."April CompingbutraAtlanta, GeorgiaDecember 6, 2019

11/12/2003 - 12/1/2019“Do you want to take her home?”

So began our nearly sixteen-year adventure with Pepper. She brought so much love, laughter, and unceasing joy for life to our home. She was the best of friends; a constant companion (especially on trips to the kitchen); and a courageous defender against squirrels, cats, and the occasional turtle. She stole our socks, slippers, and food if she could reach it, but we could never get angry when she looked at us with her big brown eyes and a cheeky grin. Pepper loved walks in the field, tugging and herding us along to get to the best scents and, perhaps, some discarded food. She also loved her “potty pals”: the elite stuffed animals and toys she ran out of the doggie door with each morning, and that consequently ended up in the washing machine each weekend.

Pepper was endlessly devoted to whoever she deemed “her people.” Friends, neighbors, the mailman, our wonderful dog walker Robin and her team—Pepper adored them all (especially when they came bearing treats). She indulged in pets and belly rubs from us, and she had the softest, prettiest fur. Folks from around the neighborhood would stop by to see and pet Pepper; she had a crew of admirers! We all worked to match the love she so effortlessly gave.

We are so lucky to have shared our lives with such a sweet, loving soul. She was meant to be part of our family, and we are so grateful that the stars aligned and allowed us to have so many wonderful years together. No amount of time would ever have been enough with our little Pepper.

4/3/2019 - 12/3/2019Skittles,
Thank you for being the family's comfort and support.
You were always there for all of us in our time of need.
You helped mold and shape the other younger cats of the home into well behaved models to follow after in your stead.
Until your in our arms again, remember us as you enjoy being refreshed and made whole again.
We love you so much
