Saying goodbye to Remy was one of the toughest things I've ever had to do, but I'm so thankful that Dr. Bethany and Lap of Love was there to help us through it. One of the most difficult decisions any pet parent has to make, is when it’s time to say goodbye. The entire experience from start to finish - was perfect. From the text messages we received from Dr. Heather, to the beautiful last moments of Phantom’s life, Dr. Heather was extremely empathetic, supportive, answered every question and made a scary and heartbreaking moment, into a respectful , peaceful and caring experience. Dr. Heather gave us the most precious gift of saying goodbye to our Phantom.
I cannot say enough about the services provided. Dr. Michelle was so kind, caring and compassionate! She walked us through every step and gave us the time that we needed. Our last moments with our precious Nikki were so peaceful and will be remembered forever.
