Dr Jacqueline was wonderful. She was kind to us and Kimmie. Kimmie was very comfortable with her. She validated that we were doing the right thing and walked us through everything. I was able to sit with Kimmie’s head in my lap and pet her throughout. I know this was the right way to do this.
We will be forever grateful that Dr. Amber and Lap of Love helped our sweet Leona pass while cozied up in her favorite spot on the couch, surrounded by love and cuddles. It was such a comfort to have our kitty at home for her final moments. Dr. Amber took the time to explain everything we should expect, and was very kind, gentle and calm with us and our sweet, scrungly 17-year-old ball of orange fluff. The experience made losing our girl hurt a little bit less.
Obviously I never wanted to have to write anything like this, but having to say goodbye to our sweet dog was made so much easier thanks to Dr. Adriana. We have talked multiple times about how thankful we are that she took her time, explained everything to us in a way we could understand and felt comfortable with, and she was so kind to our sweet girl, Luna. I could not recommend Lap of Love and Dr Adriana enough. The kindness, compassion, and care that she showed was unmatched in such an awful time for our family. Luna was comfortable and loved in her final moments and that has given us so much comfort. Thank you Dr Adriana, we appreciate it so much.
