We will never forget Dr. Carrie and how she helped us by sharing in this very sad time and giving us the courage to give to him the gift of no longer suffering and making sure he was at peace. In a panic I called Lap of Love after Bella rapidly declined over night related to her cancer. I received a reassuring voice at the other end giving me an appt immediately the following morning. Dr. Nikki showed right on time, was sweet and kind to my Bella, took her time, gave her love and ensured her passing was peaceful while also reassuring me I made the best choice. I cannot speak enough to my experience on one of the hardest days of my life.
Euthanasia is a hard decision and Dr. Katie Rex was so compassionate and caring not only with my family and I but with my sweet boy Benjamin. She took her time with meeting him and let us set the pace for the whole process. It was so wonderful to have such a smooth crossing for my sweet boy.
