Dr. Lauren was patient and understanding. She reassured me that I was doing the right thing at the right time. I was very hesitant that I was letting her go prematurely, but dr Lauren told me her professional opinion and was shocked she was still walking and eating. That helped me accept the position we were in. She allowed me time to grieve and never pushed or asked me to speed up the process. She didn’t question my families way of coping and allowed us to all kiss my sweet petunia and watch her drive away.
I can't say enough about the care and compassion Dr. Isabella showed me and my boy Grayson during the whole experience. She helped everything go by so easy and peacefully for him, and also myself. I could really tell how much she cares about helping pets and their families through a very emotional and painful time. He outreach afterwards to express sympathy and to help guide you to resources to help with grieving and support made me feel that I wasn't alone, help was there if needed. I know it's been a few months, tbh I've wanted to post this from the beginning. It was just really hard at the time, but I'm so grateful to Dr. Isabella and Lap of Love for everything they did to help us through everything and make it easier, from the comfort of our home!
