There are truly no words that can fully express how grateful we are for the care and compassion we received during one of the worst moments of our lives. From the moment she arrived at our home, she brought an incredible sense of kindness, empathy, patience, and genuine compassion. We never once felt rushed, insignificant, or like we were simply another appointment. She gave us all the time we needed and made us feel as though there was nowhere else she needed or wanted to be. What meant the most to us was the way she cared for our baby. She treated him with such tenderness, dignity, and respect through every single moment. Even after he had passed, that care never changed. She continued to handle him so gently and lovingly, all the way until the moment she drove away with him. As heartbreaking as it was to watch him leave, knowing he was in the hands of someone who genuinely cared brought us a comfort that is difficult to put into words. Nothing could have made that day easy, but because of her, an absolute nightmare became as peaceful, gentle, and dignified as it possibly could have been. When your heart is breaking and you're saying goodbye to a member of your family, the person who walks into your home for those final moments matters more than they could ever know. We will never forget the compassion she showed our family or the incredible care she gave our baby. We will always be deeply grateful that she was the person who was there with us.

I cannot say enough good about Dr. Kathryn N. She is very calm, understanding, compassionate, patient, informative, thoughtful, kind.. I am so grateful to her for helping our family through such a difficult situation & day. She helped everything go smoothly & simply. She was great with my 9year old son who was home with our boy when we said ‘goodbye’. I am overwhelmed with gratitude and so thankful to have found this group to help us. Thank you so, so much.
