Dr. Sally

Dr, Sally Alexander, DVM helped Smiley depart his earthly life in a profoundly compassionate and loving way. We thank her for her kindness and understanding of our grief. Lap of Love has been with us at the passing of two other dogs, and we are deeply grateful for their presence and comfort.

Dr. Jamie

When Dr. Jamie walked into the house You could Feel Her Sweet. Loving , Compassionate & Caring Spirit. My lil fur Baby usually would shake when stangers would come into the house. She put her hand out for him to smell and He was at peace with her. She was so Kind & Patient as It was really hard for me & have me time ti grieve. Then answered my questions, explained the process & so reassuring. She was a God Send an so Respectful for the care of my lil guy & me. Appreciate You Dr. Jamie, was hard but you made it a lil more comfortable. Again Thank You.

Dr. Sam

Our Sweet Luna joined our family in April 2017 when she was just 18 months old, and she quickly became an irreplaceable part of our lives. The joy she brought us is truly indescribable. Luna was gentle, loving, brave, and fiercely loyal. She loved to play, run, and go for walks, eagerly anticipating our adventures together. The moment she heard the word “walk,” she would spring into action, filled with excitement. She was not only our protector but also our comfort during difficult times. Luna’s happiness was evident every time we came home; she made our house feel like a true safe haven. While she enjoyed exploring the world around her, she always looked forward to returning home. Her love for food was evident in her favorite treats—popcorn, watermelon, peanut butter, and really any food you shared with her! When we found out about Luna’s diagnosis, we faced the unfathomable day when we had to make the heart-wrenching decision to send her on her journey to the Rainbow Bridge. Dr. Sam from Lap of Love stepped in and made that morning as pleasant, peaceful, gentle, and comfortable as possible for both Luna and us. Dr. Sam was kind, patient, respectful, and professional throughout the process. We thank you, Dr. Sam, from the bottom of our hearts, knowing that Luna felt safe up to her last breath. As we reflect on our time with Luna, we are filled with treasured memories and a profound sense of gratitude. We will forever miss our beloved LunaGirl, whose spirit will remain in our hearts always.
