Riley

Today we said goodbye to Riley, a legendary fetch addict, and survivor of adventures. Born in 2010, Riley spent nearly sixteen years doing what she loved most: chasing tennis balls with relentless determination and convincing everyone she met that if they threw a ball for her she would be their best friend. Fetch was never merely a game, It was a way of life especially on the beach in Martha's Vineyard. Riley leaves behind four completely loving and doting family members who will miss her with all of their hearts, a home full of memories, lots of fur, and her brother Dewey, who will now, at long last, be king of the house. Though her final game of fetch has ended, Riley’s spirit lives on wherever there is water to swim in, trails to explore and sticks unnecessarily larger than the dog carrying them. Goodbye, sweet girl. You were deeply loved and impossible to replace.

Hazel

Hazel was a true blessing in our lives. When she came into our lives, little did we know that she would heal us in ways we never imagined. She brough us so much love, laughter, kindness and calmness. She is very missed.

Fuji

My sweet baby boy passed peacefully last Saturday morning. Fuji, you were the bravest boy until the very end. You held on until our family could be together again, and I truly believe you did that for me. Thank you for giving us that time, even when you were tired. Saying goodbye to you was the hardest decision I have ever had to make, but it came from a place of immense love. You were so deeply loved — not only by me, but by everyone who had the chance to meet you. You had the funniest little quirks and loved to talk, you were the sweetest baby boy. For 13 years, you and Miso were inseparable — the sweetest bonded pair. The two of you gave me comfort every single day with your endless cuddles, your companionship, and your quiet love. Through so many stages of life, you were there beside me, bringing warmth and peace just by being near. And truly, you were the most handsome cat that ever lived. Thank you for every cuddle, every purr, every greeting at the door, and every year of unconditional love and companionship. A part of my heart will always belong to you. I hope you knew, every single day, just how loved you were. I will miss you forever, my sweet boy.
