Scooter, it was so hard saying goodbye, and even harder now that you’re gone. Everywhere we turn in the house, we’re reminded of you, and how for 14 years you bought nothing but joy into our lives. You were so smart, so affectionate, so funny, with more personality that just about any person I’ve ever met, and your unconditional love brightened each day, each night, and the early mornings when you would jump up on the bed with us and meow for your breakfast. Hopefully, you felt that same love we had for you. Farewell, my dear cat, and I pray we will see each other again, because I miss you so, so much!

Simon, my sweet king. Your life was too short and you were dealt a bad hand with your condition. You were too kind for this world, too sweet, too gentle. We did not have a long time, but we definitely had a good time: I love you with my whole heart and soul, you will live there forever. I hope you wait for me, because when it’s my time: I will be looking for you.

King, your mission here on earth is complete. You’ve shown us what true, unconditional love looks like. You’ve brought us nothing but pure joy and countless cherished memories. Rita was a dedicated loving member of our family for 16 1/2 years. Her dedicated companionship was never ending and I will be forever grateful.
