Shaggy you were the best friend anyone could wish for. RIP my friend
Was my little partner
Oh Prince Holden the void left by your absence is impossible to fill. You filled my home with so much cheer, love, affection, and playfulness that you made it a place I always wanted to be. It will never feel the same without you and Merc in my bed, but I hope you’re both wrestling having fun together now and forever. You were the best cat anyone could ask for.
Lily, you were the sweetest, most loving, and intuitive dog I have ever met. I am so glad you came into my life and our little family is heartbroken that you had to leave us so soon. You were the best girl and we will love you always.
Thank you for 15 years of love and laughter
Gaia, it was an honor being your mama. You were the silliest, sweetest, and most resilient little princess I've ever met. I'm going to miss you forever, my darling.
We loved you your whole life; we’ll miss you the rest of ours. 🤍
Eulogy for Gemma Beloved Service Dog, Loyal Companion, and Forever Family Member Today, we honor the life of Gemma—a 13-year-old service dog, a fierce little spirit, and a loyal companion to two Marine Corps disabled veterans. Gemma wasn’t just a dog… she was always on duty and a family member. She was a source of strength, comfort, and joy from the very moment she came into our lives at only five weeks old. From the beginning, Gemma had a purpose to serve and protect. She came to us during a time of hardship and uncertainty, helping her mom through difficult times to heal from her latest deployment from Afghanistan and standing faithfully by her side through every moment of training for the Marine Corps Marathon which she was not able to complete due to surgery. She grew into her role with unwavering devotion—always watchful, always ready, always connected to the hearts she was entrusted to heal and protected. Her name had two meanings, and somehow, she embodied both perfectly. She was Gemma, named after Harry Styles’ little sister—sweet, spirited, full of spunk. And she was also Gemma from Sons of Anarchy—bold, vocal, unafraid to let the world know exactly who ran the show. Anyone who met her knew instantly: Gemma was the boss. And she made sure no one ever forgot it. She carried herself with that unmistakable confidence—even down to the diamond collar she wore with pride. She wasn’t just a service dog; she was a queen, and she held her place in the family with grace, humor, and a whole lot of personality. On her final day, Gemma left this world the same way she lived in it—surrounded by love. She took her last breath at 11:02 a.m., resting in her mom’s arms, with her dad and her little brother Diesel by her side. She left knowing she was cherished, protected, and deeply adored. Though our hearts are heavy, we take comfort in imagining her joyful reunion at the Rainbow Bridge. Her big sister Lucky and her big brother Zack are waiting to bring her home—back to Gree and Tatjana—where she can run free, vocal as ever, her spirit shining as brightly as the diamonds she wore. Gemma, our sweet girl… thank you. Thank you for your loyalty, your strength, your sass, your comfort, and your love. You made our lives fuller, our hardships lighter, and our home warmer. You were our protector, our healer, and our constant companion. We love you, Gemma girl. You will forever be missed, and you will forever be ours.
Petey was the sweetest boy in the world. I will miss him every single day. My heart is so broken, but I am so grateful for the years we had.
In Loving Memory of Louie April 16, 2014 – November 28, 2025 Today we said goodbye to our beautiful boy, our best furry friend, and the heart of our family. Louie gave us 11 extraordinary years of love, comfort, and joy. He wasn’t just a dog—he was our angel, our healer, and our constant companion. Louie adored his family with his whole being. He loved Ethan with a deep, gentle loyalty—sleeping outside his kennel as a pup, letting Ethan hold his paw when he cried, growing up right alongside him. Their bond was one of the greatest gifts of his life. He loved Cole, always watching over him, offering quiet comfort, and sharing the softest moments that only dogs and boys understand. Their connection was instinctive and pure. He loved his mom, his hiking partner, his safe place, his everyday adventure. Every trail, every walk, every splash in water was better because he shared it with her. And he loved his dad, his steady companion, his buddy, his protector—though Louie never needed protecting himself. He simply saw the best in us and reflected it back tenfold. And oh, how we loved him. He was our good boy, our joy-bringer, our Wheaton greeter, the happiest and cutest dog everyone knew. Friendly, kind, playful, and endlessly sweet, Louie met the world with an open heart. He jumped into any water he could find—the pool, pond, ocean, even the neighbor’s fountain—and came out smiling every time. He hiked the woods daily, made friends everywhere, and lived with pure delight. He comforted us when we were sick, stressed, or heartbroken. He knew. He always knew. And he stayed close. Louie taught us joy. He taught us softness. He taught us unconditional love. We miss you already, Louie. Thank you for loving Ethan, Cole, Mom, and Dad so beautifully—and for letting us love you back with our whole hearts. Run free, sweet boy. We’ll carry you with us forever. 💛🐾🌈
