Hefty

Hefty was the best boy and a true comfort to his mom & dad. He had a way of brightening everyone's day. When he was out for rides in his wagon, the sounds of "awws" could be heard from cars passing by. He loved his teal bone and octopus but absolutely hated traffic cones. His mom loved rubbing the ends of his ears (which he was good-natured to allow). He will be missed more than we can say.

Gus

Gus was in our lives since he was eight weeks old. He was the smartest dog ever. Knew the names of several of his toys, knew when it was dinner time, knew when it was time for his evening bone, and could find his way home from a walk. He will be missed, but we are happy that he's no longer in pain.

Reva

My Sweet Reva, I miss your face so dang much. The house just isn’t the same without you. Your sister and brother miss you so deeply too. You were so strong, so amazing — my best friend through everything. You were always by our side, no matter what. Working from home isn’t the same without you curled up next to me, peacefully sleeping. I keep thinking about how much you loved to sunbathe in the grass — soaking it all in like it was your own little heaven. You had the cutest face and the best ears ever. Truly one of a kind. You will be missed always and forever. There’s a hole in my heart that no one else could fill. I hope with all my heart that you are at peace, running free with other furry friends. And if you see Marley… please give her a kiss from us too. We miss you. I miss you. So very much. I love you, always. We love you XOXOX — kisses, hugs, and even more kisses. You are so, so missed.

Zoey

Dear Zoey, You potty trained incredibly quickly, you crate trained easily, car rides were no sweat, trips to the park to play could be leash-less, you never begged for or stole human food (you did love the occasional steak fat though), and you never even destroyed things around the house when you went crate-less at 10 months old. You were special then, and were until your last breath. You were the best on our walks, the easiest to play fetch with, loved to cuddle in a knee pit, and we’re all convinced you were semi-fluent in English. You enriched every life you encountered, especially with those that earned the highest honor of your intense smiles that made you sneeze. We’re all going to miss those smiles! There is so much more I could say, but the number of words I put down would be exponentially greater. You taught me so much, and I’m forever grateful for that. You are the reason Fallon loves dogs. Thank you for being such an incredible big sister to Truffle and for being so gentle with him as a puppy. You taught him so much and we’ll forever see a piece of you, in him. Truffle is going to miss you, my family is going to miss you, our friends are going to miss you, and Fallon and I are going to miss you more than I can express. I love you so much, bear.

Icky

Thank you, Icky, for the laughter, the mischievous memories, and the immeasurable love. Our lives are quieter now, but also profoundly empty without your glorious misbehavior. Mom and I will always miss you.

Nia

Nia was the kind of cat that could make anyone fall in love with cats. To know her was to love her. With a beautiful coat and a gentle demeanor, you couldn’t help but smile when she would enter the room. You could either find her laying in a sunny spot or curled up on her favorite blankets. She was our first kitty baby and we miss her so terribly much.

Blossom

Goodbye my tiny friend, my travel companion, my watcher. I never knew I could love one thing so much. The place we called home changed many times but as long as we were together, we were home.
