“There is no exercise better for the heart than reaching down and lifting people up.”
Hi Dr. Lucy, I wanted to send a note to thank you for the care you provided, and being such a calm and comforting presence. I also found a lot of peace in you bringing Kona a cinnamon roll- you didn't know it, but those are my favorite dessert, so the timing was really special and important to me that it was her last meal. Selfishly, my wish is that you do this for as long as you can, as I know you are the gift that many families need to help them get through one of the hardest things.
Dr. Lucy, I'm very happy that you made this process manageable, I have to say you have a very good way in making it easy during the procedure. And for this I thank you very much and thanks for what you do.
Dr. Laura was great. She was so kind and patient with us. She explained the process well even though we have been through this previously. After looking over our pup and discussing the situation she reassured us that we were doing the right thing as our pup was pretty sick. Once she started, she let me hold him the whole time which I appreciated because our little guy was a snuggler and she wanted all of us to be as comfortable as possible. She let us have some time with our pup afterwards and never rushed us. She was so caring and we are so thankful she was able to come and help our pup rest. It was definitely the right decision to do that at home and we are glad she was the one to come and help us through a tough time.
Dr Carol was a blessing. She helped us when we needed it most .
