I was a mess on the phone when I first called Lap of Love, but they helped me schedule, then reschedule our appointment, and were a comforting presence throughout the process. Dr Bethany came on short notice and was comforting and patient with our family, including our young son and our other dog. She explained every step she took from start to finish, prepared us for what would happen along the way, and was very respectful of Lola and the rest of our family. We miss our dog terribly and still can't believe she's gone, but Dr Bethany helped affirm our decision that Lola's race had been run and she was ready to rest. This choice was the worst part of pet ownership, but Lap of Love and Dr Bethany helped make it as "easy" as it possibly could have been.
