The pawprint/hair samples were a bonus. And the removal was so tender. Made saying goodbye so less traumatizing. You are very good at what you do. Dr. Melanie was comforting and amazing at such a heartbreaking time. She told us everything she was doing before she did it and asked our permission. She learned about Bear and his life and listened to our stories as we comforted him as he peacefully passed. She made such a sad situation as easy and peaceful as possible.
