Of all the phone calls that have to be made this was truly beyond difficult. Melissa Woulfe was so compassionate and understanding. She allowed me all the time I needed, she was reassuring and understanding. Dr. Julie is a wonderful and special person. She took time to explain everything and all the steps. She took great care to make sure he was comfortable. I felt that both Mellissa and Dr. Julie were truly there for us.
