Dr. Kindall is empathetic, kind and caring. She was very patient and let us take our time to say goodbye. We will never have it done any other way.

This experience was the most loving, caring and dignified way we could say goodbye to our cat Perry. We had not done this type of service before and were very worried. However, everyone I spoke with on the phone was respectful and understanding, because it can be so hard to start the process emotionally. Dr. Heather Breeze was wonderful and took such good care of our boy. Perry was not scared, and he went to sleep on our laps, where he always loved to be. We were not rushed, and after Perry had passed, Dr. Heather left the room so we could mourn privately for a few minutes. She came back with a basket that had flowers on it, and she wrapped Perry in a towel and I took him out to her car so we could say one final goodbye. It was so hard to say goodbye, but Dr. Heather and the Lap of Love staff all made the process so much easier and uncomplicated. We had Perry’s ashes returned to our vet’s office and it was in a beautiful wooden urn. Everyone was so respectful and took such good care of our baby and I will be forever grateful.
