“There is no exercise better for the heart than reaching down and lifting people up.”
Thank you for your kindness. You have the most difficult task. Your caring makes the most difficult decision which seems impossible become possible. I will miss her for as long as I live- she was a very special girl to me❤️💕
Hi Dr. Lucy, I just wanted to follow up and say thank you for your kindness and compassion on Monday. It was one of the hardest days and you put us at ease knowing our sweet Birdie was being handled with love. It was very good to meet you and I do hate that it was under such sad circumstances as well. You have found your calling!!!! We cannot say thank you enough for putting us at ease.
Dr Lucy, Thank you so much for making this difficult time, easier on us. Your thoughtfulness and compassion was so appreciated. This experience is one that we will continue when the time comes for other fur babies. You were just so wonderful and we can’t stop mentioning you and your grace.
As much as how hard it is having to put your beloved pet down, I cannot say how grateful and full of appreciation that a service and company like Lap of Love exists. My sweet Kodah's time was coming to a close here on this earth. He was blind and deaf towards the end of his road and the last thing I wanted to do was to bring him to a vet where he could smell he was in an unfamiliar and uncomfortable place. Dogs know when they're at the vet. Dr. Ashley called and provided a 15 minute out. We said many goodbyes and shed a lot Of hard tears within these last 15 minutes and more when the time was ready. She arrived and was so gentle and soft spoken. Comforting my mom and I during such a heartbreak. Pets are family and we were so lucky to have our sweet pup for 15 and a half years. I rescued him when he was 3months and he ALWAYS had a smile. Dr. Ashley answered our questions, Let us talk about Kodah's life, and explained very gently on what she would be doing and the next steps of administering final breaths. It was comforting to know he was with us and not in a cold unfamiliar place. I cannot thank lap of love of this experience because my mom had a terrible experience with a vet who put her dog down about 2 years ago that I also reviewed on yelp. They work with another company monarch for cremation and has been really easy to manage this whole Process. I wanted to also thank the 2 women that I spoke to on the phone during questions and also when it was time to schedule an appointment. It was a seamless process and easy transaction. It may be a little expensive for some people, but I think I saw they take care credit but honestly giving your pet the comfort and peace of being in their home is worth every $ Fly high Kodah
