“There is no exercise better for the heart than reaching down and lifting people up.”
Making the decision to put my sweet Cooper down was one of the hardest decisions I ever had to make. My Cooper was with me for 18 years of my life so I wanted to make sure I was making the right and best decision for my baby. Dr Jessica and the whole team from Lap of Love were just purely amazing. Dr Jessica is literally an angel on earth. She sat with me and reassured me that I made the right decision for Cooper. She sat and talked with me about all of the happy memories I shared with my sweet boy, and made him so comfortable. It was so peaceful in our own home. I highly recommend this company for anyone questioning what the next step is for sending their pet across that rainbow bridge.
Dr Tori was so calm and compassionate.
I want to express my sincere appreciation for Dr. Cindy and Lap of Love. Chance was nine years old when the difficult decision was made to say goodbye. He was my everything. This decision was one of the hardest moments of my life, filled with sorrow, but more than anything, the gratitude for the love and joy he brought me every day. Dr. Cindy approached this moment with compassion, professionalism, and support. She demonstrated great patience, answering all of my questions and clearly explaining each step of the process. Dr. Cindy also showed sensitivity by providing time and space when needed and engaging thoughtfully at appropriate moments. Her presence brought comfort and peace during one of the most challenging experiences I have encountered after many years shared with Chance. I am deeply grateful to Dr. Cindy and Lap of Love for their care and compassion. Thank you. The support you provided will always be remembered.
In one of the most painful moments of our lives, Dr. Lisa Shriver brought comfort, dignity, and compassion that we will never forget. When it was time to help our beloved Pixie cross the Rainbow Bridge, she treated her with the same tenderness and respect you would give to a cherished family member. Dr. Shriver spoke to Pixie with such gentleness, moved at a pace that honored her spirit, and created a sense of peace in a moment filled with heartbreak. She didn’t just care for Pixie — she cared for us. Her empathy, her patience, and her ability to hold space for our grief made an unbearable moment feel sacred. We are forever grateful for the love and compassion she brought to Pixie’s final moments. Because of Dr. Shriver, Pixie’s passing was not only peaceful — it was beautiful.
