From the person that answers the phone to the vet that comes to your house the process is easy and comforting. Dr. Laura was kind patient understanding and gentle with us and our boy Bear. The paw print and the light a candle memorial that you can do online after is just an added touch that makes lap of love a wonderful experience, considering the circumstances. I would recommend it to everyone.
