While also helping the family with reassurances we so needed, Dr. Evin took the time to answer all our questions and concerns. She ensured that our Jack was comfortable and surrounded by love. The beautiful basket he was laid in for his last trip was something so thoughtfully arranged, we will never forget. It takes a special person to show such compassion for our family at such a hard time. After 14.5 years, our little puppy started a medical emergency that only ended one way. He was in tremendous pain. Dr. Hoffman came to our unit quickly and helped get him out of pain fast. In spite of the profound sadness, it was wonderful to deal with such a compassionate organization that handled all of this with care.
