Doctor Walter Balladares was very kind and considerate to us, and Natsuo during a very difficult time. He carefully explained both what he was going to be doing, the steps he would take to insure Natsuo was not in pain and also helped explain part of Natsuo’s illness to my wife which gave her some additional comfort.
Jasmine helped our sweet Bailey pass peacefully at home, and I truly cannot say enough good things about her. During one of the hardest moments our family has ever had, she was so incredibly kind, gentle, patient, and comforting. From the moment she walked in, we could tell how much she genuinely cared. She was so sweet with our girl and treated Bailey with so much love and dignity. She never made us feel rushed and gave us all the time we needed to say goodbye. She explained everything so gently and made an absolutely heartbreaking experience feel as peaceful and comforting as it possibly could have been. Bailey was our best friend and such a huge part of our family, so trusting someone with her final moments was incredibly difficult. I am so grateful it was Jasmine. She made sure our girl was comfortable, surrounded by the people who loved her, and able to pass peacefully in her own home. We will never forget the kindness and compassion Jasmine showed Bailey and our entire family that night. It meant more to us than she will ever know. I would recommend her to anyone facing this incredibly difficult decision. ❤️
Dr. Hilary helped our sweet Tory cross the rainbow bridge to be reunited with her sister Lilly. We rescued them as a bonded pair, and we just know that Lilly and Tory are together again snuggling as they always did. Dr. Hilary was so kind, quiet, and very gentle both with Tory and with our family. The whole process took about an hour, and Dr. Hilary gave us as much time as we needed to say our proper goodbyes. I would highly recommend having in-home service when your family is faced with losing a precious pet.
