Dr. Ken made the worst day of my daughter's life bearable. Her dachshund Lucy was 15.5 years old and her health was failing. She had Lucy, and her littermate Itchy, since they were 1.5 years old. Dr. Ken was very gentle and compassionate as he helped Lucy go peacefully in my daughters arms with Itchy giving her kisses. It broke our hearts and Dr Ken cried along with us. Lap of Love was so wonderful from the initial call to the return of ashes and loving letters. We needed help asap and they came to the house the same day we called. They hand delivered the ashes in a beautiful wood box with her name on it. I highly recommend them. I hope Dr Ken can help Itchy when he needs it some day in the distant future.
