“There is no exercise better for the heart than reaching down and lifting people up.”
It was clear that it was time for our sweet boy, Brady, to cross the Rainbow Bridge. After researching our options, we contacted Lap of Love. From our very first phone call, everyone we spoke with was kind, compassionate, calming, and professional. On the day of our appointment, Dr. Laura Savarese arrived promptly at 9:00 a.m. She texted us when she was on her way and again when she arrived, which we greatly appreciated. When she came in, our dog walked up to her and growled. It didn't bother her at all. She patiently stood still and allowed him to sniff her for as long as he needed. Once he was comfortable, she offered him treats and gently explained the entire process to us. Dr. Savarese never rushed us. She gave our family all the time we needed to say our goodbyes, treating Brady with dignity, compassion, and kindness. Her calm presence brought us peace during one of the most difficult moments of our lives. We are so grateful for the care she provided and would highly recommend Dr. Laura Savarese and Lap of Love to anyone facing this heartbreaking decision. She was truly amazing.
Thank you Dr. Anna for being the calm we needed. Dr. Anna made this experience as sweet as it can be. I can't thank you enough for sitting outside with us where Winnie loved to be. Your compassion and adapting to our needs was exactly what we needed. Winnie was loved by everyone, I'm glad you got to meet her.
Our vet was an absolute angel. A truly compassionate soul.
The hardest thing a pet owner ever has to do is say goodbye to a beloved companion who has given you unconditional love for as long as she was with you. Because of Macy’s illness, we knew the time was coming, but that didn’t make making the final decision any easier. Dr. Laura Easton was compassionate, caring, and incredibly gentle with our sweet Macy. She treated her with dignity and kindness, making a heartbreaking experience as peaceful as it could possibly be. We are deeply grateful for the care she gave Macy as well as the comfort she gave us as Macy crossed the Rainbow Bridge. Thank you, Dr. Easton, for your kindness.
