Dr. Laura was extremely compassionate in every interaction with us and with Emmie. She answered every question, never rushed us, and listened to everything we shared with her about our sweet girl. Dr. Sarah Lambert and her extremely gentle, kind and caring manner helped us to make the worst day ever, easier. Facing the worst decision any pet parent wants to ever make, Dr. Sarah eased our concerns and reassured us that we were doing the absolute right thing for our 15 year old baby boy, Ziggy. He was able to rest in his own home, in his own bed with his family by his side. Her compassion and grace she had for everyone that day meant the world to me. So peaceful and genuine.
