Athena loved her right away, she did what was needed and we saw such a Change in her disposition completely Calm she was with all who loved her. circling her as we patted her and spoke to her she was now relaxed and comfortable with the last act of kindness, our girl Athena crossed over the Rainbow Bridge. Saying goodbye to our beloved, Eddie, was one of the most difficult choices our family has ever faced. The moment I reached out to Lap of Love on the phone, I knew we had made the right choice. Every step of this heartbreaking process was met with kindness, compassion and understanding. Our Edward left this world peacefully and with loving kindness. Thank you so very much for the lovely card we received today. It meant so much to us as did your loving care for our German Shepherd Nike. You made the unbearable bearable with the loving compassion you showed both to us and to Nike. Our hearts remain broken with his loss but we know he crossed the Rainbow Bridge so peacefully and without pain. We couldn't have asked for a better passing for him. You made all the difference for us and for Nike. He was so afraid of strangers and you handled him so gently and with so much compassion we knew he was ready and free of fear. We remain thankful that he now runs free and is pain free forever. Thank you so very much.
