The Lap of Love staff were incredibly understanding as I struggled to determine the date and time. Once Dr. Heather arrived she had a very calming presence, explained the process, and began. She was also very understanding of my other fur baby getting in the way and wanting treats, seeming oblivious to what was happening. Although the process moved quickly, I was very thankful for her compassion and kindness in one of the worst experiences in my life. I am not sure how she could be so strong, but I am forever thankful for her service on that day.
